The ATM is in the middle of the plaza area near the cupcake store however one of the 2 ATMs has been out of commission for a while. On top of that, it appears that the functioning ATM has been repeatedly spit on right on the screen in the middle by somebody. They definitely are not well maintained.

The review above is by someone who is directionally challenged. The ATM is on the northwest side of the building, in the courtyard at the end of 13th street. Walking from broadway its directly back on the left.
