Made an appointment, was told I didn't have one, then I showed the confirmation and then they found it. I spent an hour there then was told they didn't know what was needed to complete what I came in to do and they would let me know after they called their own customer service. Provided my phone and email and never heard from them (since two weeks ago) even though they said they'd get back to me that day or the next. I'd say avoid if at all possible

Rude service, ugly bank outside.
I am a BofA customer. I get cash at yhe ATM then go inside to break the bills. I couldn't do that with the teller! Despite showing my bank card I had to swipe and PIN again. And the teller was rude about it, not apologetic.
They blocked in the front door where the ATMs are but left the new wall unfinished and ugly. Using the ATM feels like being in a highway underpass.
A second star because they have their own parking lot

Yasquelin is incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. She helped us open our account last year and provided with excellent support again today with our CD. Her warm demeanor made my day. :)

Yesday, my elderly mother and I visited Bank of America to close a joint account and deposit cash. Unfortunately, our visit left us feeling deeply disappointed due to the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by some of the bank's managers.
Upon arrival, we noticed a lady at the entrance assisting another elderly customer who clearly needed immediate help. However, despite expressing a willingness to wait, the lady mentioned that only one banker was available, with another appointment approaching, which led to the dissatisfied departure of the elderly customer.
When I approached the same lady for assistance, she appeared dismissive and uninterested in accommodating our request to wait for help. Despite no other customers in line, she suggested making an appointment or calling us another establishment to see if they could help us instead.
Thankfully, another friendly agent named Liliana offered to assist us. However, it was evident that there was a disagreement between this helpful agent and the other lady, possibly a supervisor or manager, regarding our assistance. Despite the helpful agent's demeanor, the other lady's behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Although Liliana made an extra effort to accommodate us with an unscheduled appointment and began helping us in her office, her manager continued to closely monitor the situation and even interrupted the conversation uninvited more than one time. This invasion of privacy and constant surveillance felt intrusive and unwarranted. We felt even worse about asking questions because we were pressed for time.
As a long-standing customer of Bank of America for over eight years, this recent experience at the branch has left me disheartened by the lack of professionalism from management. It is crucial for a reputable company like Bank of America to ensure that all customers receive respectful treatment and to prevent toxic environments from developing.
Addressing dismissive behavior, fostering a positive work environment, and providing adequate supervision and training for employees are essential steps in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In conclusion, I am grateful for the efforts of helpful employees like Liliana, giving her a full 5-star rating for her exceptional efforts. Her intervention made a significant difference in what could have been a truly terrible experience. However, it is concerning that the behavior of certain managers can greatly impact customer satisfaction and even drive away valuable employees. I urge Bank of America to implement proactive measures for closely overseeing their managers and ensuring that they uphold the high standards that have long defined the bank as one of prestige and expertise, thereby fostering a positive environment for both customers and employees.

Shockingly discourteous teller. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day cuz damn. And there's only one teller window open so prepare for a wait. The woman in front was helpful in directing me though.

Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, I had an appointment at 10:30 but I waited in the lobby until 11, no one took care of me, don't waste your time there, go somewhere else.

Katherine Yang is terribly unprofessional and unable to provide accurate information. She refuses to meet clients in person and prefers people do all the leg work online for her. Highly do not recommend for anything important.
