Brown & Toland Physicians is made up of two parts. We are a network of leading Bay Area doctors. We are also the people behind the scenes who make sure our doctors have the time and support to do what they do best — care for you. Together, we are a medical group. We are not an HMO or PPO insurance company. Instead, we work with these companies, as well as Bay Area hospitals, to ensure you receive coordinated care from your physician.
I have been with Brown & Toland several years now and I am very happy with my medical coverage. Any time I have had an issue customer support has been able to solve it for me with professional assistance and kindness. I highly recommend them.

Spend 6 weeks trying to get them to return a call or message so I could book an appointment. Never heard back once. This place feels like a scam -- I would avoid at all costs.
