They did a great job replacing the door of my car. Even though some delays from the dealers (my car is brand new and more time to ge the parts), communication and service was great. I needed to comeback for an additional service Ashe everything was good in the end. Strong recommend them!

Highest marks to this place. I showed up without an appt. and Franklin still looked at my damage. I returned the next day and the repairs were done within 3 hours. Franklin is super friendly and explained the repair. The office staff is courteous and helpful - the office is clean and they have snacks!! and support the food bank!!
Definitely would use them again and am recommending them to friends.

These people are just plain rude. Franklin Saephanh was a real jerk to me. The receptionist was rude too. The entire company sucks...it's a chain. My car has been there for two months. Avoid Caliber Collision. It's a trap. Stay away! Take your vehicle somewhere else. They even responded with an email address to "make it right". They don't respond. They just want to look like they care. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY! I'm telling you taking your vehicle to this company is a mistake.
