I have a saving account in Oakland branch, I wanted to set up a on-line banking couple days ago,but their system kept deny what I did and asked me to contact their customer service. But unfortunately, no matter I choose English, Mandarin or Cantonese languages, they are sharing the same customer representative line is 9997,and the box was full,and not available to leave messages. I will say this bank system is lousy and won't worth to recommend.
