Asked the teller a simple question regarding policy and was told to call customer service. She then looked up the policy on her computer and explained it to me. Very rude to insist that I call customer service while I am standing right in front of you, the teller.I will keep banking here but only because it’s close. I will try to only use the ATM as the people on staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.

I was very nervous about visiting this location because of the low rating but in my experience this location is the GOLD STANDARD for business account services.I scheduled an appointment with a banker who ended up being unavailable and was greeted by Andrew Mendoza who offered to help me open my new business account. He was efficient, incredibly pleasant, knowledgable, and even gave me a tutorial on maximizing the account based on my specific services. I was in an out of the bank in under an hour.I own multiple businesses and considered trying US Bank, Bank of America, or Wells Fargo for my new account and they were all pretty challenging from process, to competitive rates, products, and service standard.Andrew was amazing, the staff was welcoming entering the bank, and the process was seamless. Have all of your forms, schedule an appointment, and if you are coming to this location its likely you will be met with great product AND service.HIGHLY recommend.

Didn’t understand the bad reviews before … but had the joy of interacting with a terrible teller, Erica today. Came in because of a fraudulent transaction on my checking and the Chase agent I spoke with on the phone advised I go to a branch and start a new account. They did not suggest I freeze the accounts. Cut to Erica - who showed no empathy whatsoever and just told me that there were no appointments available with bankers today. A little empathy and a better attitude to customer service would have gone a long way. Back on the phone again to freeze the accounts. We took most of our money to Schwab many years ago and it’s time to take the rest there.

Hope Bolich is a stellar-class Assistant Vice President / Private Client Banker! When our household needed to notarize some documents, Hope immediately discerned that the items provided by the company we were working with were non-compliant with California state law. Instead, she had approved templates to use in her notary public capacity, which she then appended to our documents to ensure acceptance. Hope was graceful, informed, professional, and relaxed. We would rate her 11/5 stars!

I'm a custmer for about 10 years, I was in love with their customer service. never get disappointed and I feel like a family member but service is changing thanks to the new worker his name is Sebastian. I went there 3 month a go,I asked about my account and they send me to him because they said he is a manager. He said he couldn't fix it, I have to call and fix by myself. The same situation today, my app doesn't work and my credit card ether and he said I should call them he cannot willing to help me what a customer service and I said thank you, asked his name and I left.

30 minute wait to see a teller at this branch. The tellers and bankers are undertrained and didn't know some of the new policies coming down from corporate, which wasted a lot of time as well.

There's one teller midday Saturday.Lines build up here steadily after lunch.Even getting a simple money order can take 30+ minutes, because of the insufficient staffing, or people incorrectly filling out forms, forgetting documentation, etc.The 20 minute parking spots in front clearly do not reflect the average time spent here.

This branch is perpetually out of money, especially any type of coinage. Day after day, week after week, month after month. If your banking needs do not require money, this branch should be ok for you. Otherwise, you'd be well-advised to follow my teller's actual advice, "Try another bank."
