I’ve been a member for two years. While I may not look a certain way, I’m definitely stronger than I was two years ago. Compared to my other fitness experiences, the gym has helped me to judge myself less and celebrate myself showing up. We have members of all fitness levels, and everyone is super encouraging to one another. Our coach approach is personalized and I think the diversity of our members make me stick around. Definitely recommend others to give this gym a try and surprise ourselves along our own wellness journey!

I’m new to CrossFit and I’m really enjoying this place so far - I think it may actually work for me. It’s my first time participating in a group fitness gym like this and it works for me - I need the accountability to stick with it. It helps that the coaches and members are really fun, nice, and supportive. The vibe is causal and welcoming without letting me slack off, which I think is great.

I love it very much!!Unfortunately the schedule for classes doesn’t fit on my work scheduleBut I loved the trail, the trainer was excellent I learned a lot he explains everything so good.

My husband and I really love Bay Bridge Fitness. We had done about a year of crossfit in southern california before the pandemic, and then struggled to find a gym that was the right fit for us to the East Bay. As soon as we had our first few classes at Bay Bridge, we knew we found our gym. The workouts are tough but with lots of guidance on how to scale so that you can customize it to what feels right, and lots of support and encouragement from the coaches and other members. Everyone has been really nice and supportive, and all the coaches give good instructions and are very attentive. Classes are small, so it feels like a mix of personal training with the motivation of a group workout class. Roland, the owner, really cares about his members and the gym and it shows. I highly recommend Bay Bridge Fitness for someone who is interested in trying crossfit or who is looking for a friendly environment for a good workout.

AWESOME GYM!! Me and my husband travel for work and we join CrossFit gyms wherever we are for the time being. We were a part of Roland's gym for 3 months and had the best experience. Roland has created a fun, motivating, and inclusive community at his gym. He's a great coach and tailors each workout according to everyone's individual needs. We were sad to leave and highly recommend this gym!!

was in sf for a couple of months and had a hard time finding a good gym. luckily found bay bridge. took the one on one classes that roland advised before jumping on the bigger classes. didn't regret those one on one's. coach roland was a very good teacher. learned a lot from him. tips and techniques for cleans, squats and even the mighty rower. love it! you won't regret belonging to this gym. would go back if i get the chance. recommend 5/5.

I worked with Roland on Nutrition for about 6 months and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The program was doable, focused on my broad and specific goals, and was very positive overall. It helped me to create healthy food habits that I can do forever, bring my body fat % to a healthier range, and create/maintain a relationship with food that is not adversarial. I am super happy with the results, and this program is extremely unique! I'd really recommend it whether you're doing fitness + nutrition or just nutrition on its own.

Roland is a very detailed coach that makes sure no matter what skill level you are, you can do a challenging work out. He is always watching everyone to make sure they don't injure themselves and makes small adjustments to do certain movements better. He genuinely cares about everyone and it shows. I love coming here for the community and to better myself and the workouts are killer!
