The parking is often full, including the handicap parking. The pharmacy usually has a long line and only one worker at the register. There are 2 registers and a couple more workers in the back, when the line gets long those workers should come up to the register and help clear the line.

The pharmacy line is extremely slow tonight. They have someone working to clearly isn’t trained well enough to efficiently be the only person on the pharmacy register. I’m so sick of CVS. They can provide terrible service because there isn’t any competition. I’m going to be switching to an independent pharmacy

Slowest pharmacy on earth! There is ALWAYS a line and often only one employee. And they will randomly be closed for an hour at random times with no explanation.

The pharmacy staff at this CVS is lovely, they always help me out with checking my insurance, helping with coupons etc. very polite and try to help me save a few dollars

USE ANY OTHER PHARMACY. Seriously. Does not fill your prescriptions but says they are ready before you show up. Read the other low reviews.

The old lady’s that work there will give you a hard time because there miserable and under achievers theres one big weird looking lady who smells really bad and where dirty clothes with satins that walks around with a attitude then there’s another one who is short looks like the hobbit super socialy off queue better going to a different location because it’s just a bunch of old smelly grumpy woman honestly it’s sad

This place has gone from bad to worse, how do you manage putting all of the most incompetent people in the same department (the pharmacy). I had my prescription called in on a Monday, when I got there on Friday, he said that they didn't have a prescription for me. When I insisted he found it but I still had to wait 25 minutes for the pharmacist to fill it. I stood nearby to put pressure on the clerk, but he was so preoccupied with what he was doing he didn't even see that my prescription was sitting on the shelf, incredible.

This review does not apply to the pharmacy. Those employees have always been wonderful. Recently I went to purchase an electric toothbrush which, given rampant theft, was locked up. When the clerk came to unlock the cabinet, she asked me "Which one do you want to see?". As there were several models, I told her I would need to look at them all before deciding. When I again stated that I wanted to see them first, she would not open the case. It was clear that she wasn't going to allow me to handle the boxes. I told her to forget it and that I would go somewhere else. Later I called and asked to speak with the manager. The assistant manager was quite apologetic but I never got a call back from the manager, which had been promised. Funny how they allow people to steal merchandise constantly but wouldn't let me even handle a prospective purchase. I told the sales clerk that I "wasn't going to steal anything" and she replied "I didn't say you were", though she treated me like a common thief. I will miss the discount coupons but won't shop at this CVS again and will never buy anything that requires a clerk to open a cabinet. I will shop at our local, independent pharmacy! FYI, I got the toothbrush on Amazon, the same day and skipped the bad treatment.

So rude. There's a reason this pharmacy gets 2 stars. They don't care enough to improve their customer interactions. Usually impatient, rude, surly and slow. Today I came in at 1:28- they looked right at me and continued talking to each other about lunch. I had to figure out they close at 1:30 instead of " so sorry, ma'am. We're already closing up until (?)" The store itself is usually fine.

Stood in line in front of “Vaccine check-in” sign, no one else was in line at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist does not look my way and proceeds to help 3 other people who arrived in the pharmacy line after me. There is 1 more person in behind the pharmacy counter and this person doesn’t even look up. Need to be better about being aware of who is around and being a bit more customer-focused???

Jason in pharmacy was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with vaccinations for my kids who were extremely nervous and began screaming and trying to run away. Can’t thank you enough!
