The staff here work mindlessly. A few days ago I brought a package here and wanted to send it to France. Inside were 6 speed control rc boats. They made me wait for about an hour. I was alone in the office. Then they decided to send my package. I asked why? They said the capacitors were batteries. I explained to them that the capacitors were not batteries. They insisted that they were batteries. I said then I could cut these capacitors. I even gave them the manual of the speed control to read. They still refused. They made me very disappointed. They work unprofessionally. They wasted a lot of my time. Below are the pictures of the speed control rc boat. I hope the manager looks into the problem.

I went into the DHL office near the Oakland airport and everything went perfectly. Very nice, efficient woman at the desk. Easy to park and get in and out with no problem.

The process was quick and efficient, making my experience smooth and stress-free. I had my toddler with me, which can make shipping a bit challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Their helpful and friendly attitude made all the difference.

I live in an apartment building and had two failed delivery attempts where the driver never tried to contact me via intercom. Selecting my name calls my phone and I can receive the package (or even just unlock the door if that's going to take too long). It seems like a huge waste of everyone's time if delivery drivers don't even attempt to deliver a package. When speaking to a service agent on the phone, she admitted that drivers often lie about delivery attempts.
I ended up picking up my package here. It was pretty empty and the staff were great). The location is very far from the city center and extremely difficult to get to without a car.
Overall a terrible delivery service.

DHL is the worst delivery company on the planet. 4th time a package says delivered and it isn’t here. Total scam service. Do not ever use

Horrible service. Line was super long bc they weren’t able to help anyone in front of me. Then when I was in front and asked for my package, they said it wasn’t available for pickup, even though I called twice, and received confirmation over text that it would be available. Would definitely recommend using a different service.

I order something which was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of March #2024 the delivery person lied and said there was no one home, I been waiting all day at home for package,driver was being lazy and didn't want to do the job of looking for the apartmeni also been waiting for a code to be sent to me so I can pickup havent received it, will be driving there today and I paid express. . 03/14/2024

I am a teacher at 2200 Peter Pan preschool. I parked at the lot near 1151 he pass by driving in Dhl truck and yell “you cannot park here you have no right to park here” your employee is a black male. This happened 10 mins ago, 1/26/2024 at around 12:25pm. This is a public parking lot I can park here to rest and eat. As he was driving by he continued to stare me down as if I would move for him. I ignored him bc he would pull a gun on me. Ridiculous that’s harassment

I would not recommend their service!I have a package that is coming out for delivery for 2 days.I called them,They said it will be delivered and called the driver to make sure they will deliver yesterday.But it did not deliver.It is an important thing that I need today.Called them around 10 times today,no response.Now they send me a message said I moved out of my address,but I am there waiting by the door.still not delivering.so disappointed about this delivery service.

Chronically late by over 1 day on promised delivery date. Estimated time of delivery is also always off, so youate held up waiting on them.

Do not work with DHL express. I was supposed to receive my parcel by 9/28. They missed the deadline and simply removed the expected delivery date from their website. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now and my parcel is nowhere to be found. I have escalated my issue with managers at DHL Express but received no helpful support, just generic answers. If you care about your time & money I would advise you to not ship anything with this company.

I would give 0 stars if possible, I ordered a high value item (and a hard one to replace even with compensation) and paid to have it shipped with express signed service, the package took longer than expected and was left on my doorstep without a signature while I was out of town. Simply a terrible way to do business.

I needed to send a small item Internationally and the nice counter person(Michelle) helped me find the best option and also answered a few questions about the shipment. I'll be using DHL in the future and especially this location; definitely better service than their competitors.

I have bad experience of that stores most my items are wasn’t files correctly to the customs and the female working on front never assist me in the correct ways is very unfair this bad for business at all

I ordered a part for my car Monday June 5 from an online retailer. I paid an extra $40 for express shipping, since I am going out of town for a week and need it fixed ASAP. The next morning, I got an email stating it had been shipped. Great! Things were on track. That evening I got an email with the delivery date - Monday, June 12. Completely unacceptable when I paid for express shipping. I called DHL about it, and the ever-so-unhelpful woman on the phone asked me who I paid the $40 for shipping to: DHL or the retailer? I answered that I paid when I ordered it. She repeated her question. I said I guess the retailer since it all was in one amount. She then said that was the retailer's problem. What I SHOULD have said was "no, ma'am, once the shipping company picks it up it's THEIR problem." It's not as if the retailer is putting the shipping fee in their pocket; they pay it to the shipping company.The package did arrive today; however that is not what I would consider 'express' shipping, as the retailer said their packages generally would have arrived by Friday with their free shipping option.To top it off, after paying extra for express, they handed it off to the postal service to deliver anyway. Absolutely not worth the fee. I would not recommend DHL.
