Service is 4 stars as it is run decently and knows what they’re doing, but they need to work on adding more parking and making patrons feel safe. On occasion, the mentally sick would wander in and private security needs to be more on-point.

About 80 min for DL renew on a wed afternoon. Everyone was courteous and efficient even if the overall system isn't.
