I have had several brief yet always fun interactions with several of the staff. Seem to be smiling and are typically always very helpful. They have a big enough selection of magic the gsthering cards, granted they only sell packs and accessories not singles but are price more than appropriately I would recommend the store to anyone who enjoys games, puzzles, collectibles, and just fun. if you enjoy any of these things, this store is for you !

Cute neighborhood comic store with fair selection of comics, manga (including BL), board games, TCG, and other nerdy goods. The store staff were friendly.

Has a lot of stuff but the manager lady or whatever is rude. She wouldn’t let a 14 yr old buy a 15+ Attack On Titan manga, and when the teenager said she’s bought the same 15+ series before the woman asked her what the employee that sold her the book looked like, putting a lot of pressure on the kid.

Holy cow, what a selection of collectables. Also, it was great that those Funko Pop things weren't taking up any shelf space (I'm not a fan). Could have spent hours shopping here.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the variety of comics and games this place had. I really love stores like Dr Comics and Mr Games and hope they continue to thrive in locations like Oakland, they're my favorite types of stores to just walk around and look at everything. I was visiting the area to have lunch and get massages with my friend, so I didn't have a way to carry too much on me, but I want to return and bring my boyfriend. I think he'd love it just as much!

I brought my dad in here, an English man who would never step foot in a place like this yet low and behold he found something that truly wowed him that he didn't expect to find. So much so that when he went back to the UK I had to buy it for him and am going to hold on to it until Christmas and gift it as a momento of his time here. I've always enjoyed shops like this, I love horror board games and the staff know their stuff.

Today I stopped into this comic shop that a friend suggest I stop in at check out. I enjoyed the shop as soon as I walked in. The person behind the counter must be the owner, if not he was still a kind person to meet and talk to overall. The place is great! They have many board games/card games, comic books/graphic novels, manga, toys and statues as well.My only personal complaint was that it was a bit difficult to walk around the shop. There were many boxes on the ground, which I believe to be some of their stock. They have an overstock/clearance section in the far back, but it's a really narrow and small corner filled with comics, manga, pins, stickers, patches, buttons and more. I feel like that section could be spread out a bit better. There's also an upstairs area, but it looks to be more of their overstock.All in all the shop and people are great, the prices are fair and the variety is great. I do recommend stopping in and checking it out.
