Mad respect to Estilo! They have been a staple of the Bay Area for as long as I can remember. I own a bunch of their stuff. The owner is one of the coolest people I've ever met.

The piece of label stick to neck is very itchy. Better stick somewhere at the bottom, not at the sensitive part of the body. The cloth is good, this itchy label make me to choose another brands. Sorry. Poor design manager.

This will be a feel good story to read you guys: last weekend we decided to go to Treasure Island to have breakfast in the sun and check out the flea market. We had our 16 month in tow and her stroller, when we came across Estilo Clothing's tent at the market. My husband instantly fell in love with one of the TShirst (and he is not the instantly falling in love type) and we stopped to take a look at the collection. Jerry was playing drums in the tent, so that was very interesting for my daughter of course :-) My husband found two shirts he wanted to buy and of course I added one as well! We had a good chat with Jerry about his recent marriage, we paid, and left to get some food. After a few more hours brunching in the sun and checking out the market, we headed back home to SF. As we were packing out of the car, I realized I didn't see the bag with the shirts. I thought maybe my husband packed it into our backpack. However, we couldn't find it there either, and at this point, I realized we probably left it at the market or it fell out of the stroller. Hmmmm... We were very bummed, I tried to see if there is a lost and found section on the TI website, but my husband decided to just try to find the shirt online and order it again. And then magic happened. A day after he placed the order, he gets an email from Jerry, asking if we are by any chance the couple he met at his booth this past weekend. The first name on the Square transaction was the same as on the online order (thank God my husband has an odd name) and also he ordered the same shirt. It turns out we never picked up the bag after we paid. Jerry was trying to track us down based on the Square payment! He was so great, he said he will just cancel the online order and ship us the stuff we originally bought! That's what I call customer service!!! Thanks so much Jerry! Your designs are beautiful and your customer service is impeccable! Can't wait to listen to some of your music next and we will definitely spread the word about your shirts!

Jerry is great! Not only is his art beautiful, his service is second to none. I bought a shirt from him at a Christmas fair, and found a flaw in the stitching when I got home. I emailed him and let him know, and he immediately sent out a replacement. Thanks Jerry!
