Outstanding Service from Tonya at Extra Space Storage.
My experience at Extra Space Storage is one I won’t forget. Before I even arrived to finalize the paperwork, Tonya—the manager—was already incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt confident before even stepping foot on the property.
When I came in looking for a 10x20 unit, Tonya went above and beyond by showing me multiple unit sizes to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs. Her hands-on approach, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She also kindly offered packing supplies and made sure I was fully prepared for my move-in.
I’ve used Extra Space Storage several times before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had—all thanks to Tonya’s exceptional service.

Hands-down, the most accommodating office staff at any extra space storage that I’ve used. And I use them all over the country. The team was super responsive and helpful even though I was remote, they went above and beyond. Thankful for your help ladies!

Hello, my name is San. I am new in the storage unit busy so my experience is in the learning g phase and understanding different nuances with this industry. I’ve seen several good managers, some bad, but I’ve only seen one that is great- and that is Miss Tanya. Miss Tanya present, informative, and best of all, very gracious in each and every way possible. I can not recommend enough for anyone to have the pleasure of crossing paths with her-she is a GEM in the heart of Oakland!
