They can’t accept unboxed drop offs. You have to buy your own box. The fedex area isn’t labeled at all.

Fedex drop off will nor print labels for you. Basically useless.

Went in to ship something, had the label on my phone. Was told I had to use the Walgreens app to order a photo of the label. When I tried to do that the app wouldn't go through the final upload process. Wasn't able to ship in the end. The people were kind but did not help further.

I this is inside the Walgreens. If you just want to drop off you have to await in line at the photo counter.
