I always found them to be helpful and courteous to me whenever I drop off items or use any of their services. They always help open the door or carry packages for me whenever they see me with a lot of packages,I really appreciate that.

This is about fedex as a whole, not just this location. Fedex is unable to deliver to my building that has about 200 people living in it and will attempt a failed delivery day after day and their website wont allow you to change delivery instructions even though it pretends to give you the 'option' to do so after an annoying login process.

very nice customer service fair price i drove 35 minutes just for take business with them i recommend it to anyone one they also has the best passport photos in the bay area

This has become my go-to printing spot when I need actual paper for work. The staff is cool. One time I tried to ship something internationally and I didn't have all the info I needed, the staff took so much time going out of their way to help me.

If you ship things here and want a receipt (in case there are issues with your delivery), please avoid this location. I always grab a receipt in case I'm returning something and the Vendor claims it wasn't received, but it's really hard to get a receipt here given the location is understaffed and they always seem to be preoccupied for lengthy times with other customers. I've even come 10 minutes before close and the doors were locked and although they took the package, they claimed they wouldn't get me a receipt since they shut the systems down for the day. Now, I end up taking a photo of the package with the tracking number and the store in the background to hopefully prove they received the package since my photos have a time stamp and geolocation. It's the best I can do if I have to come here when the staff fails to do their job.
