This has become my go-to printing spot when I need actual paper for work. The staff is cool. One time I tried to ship something internationally and I didn't have all the info I needed, the staff took so much time going out of their way to help me.

If you ship things here and want a receipt (in case there are issues with your delivery), please avoid this location. I always grab a receipt in case I'm returning something and the Vendor claims it wasn't received, but it's really hard to get a receipt here given the location is understaffed and they always seem to be preoccupied for lengthy times with other customers. I've even come 10 minutes before close and the doors were locked and although they took the package, they claimed they wouldn't get me a receipt since they shut the systems down for the day. Now, I end up taking a photo of the package with the tracking number and the store in the background to hopefully prove they received the package since my photos have a time stamp and geolocation. It's the best I can do if I have to come here when the staff fails to do their job.

I've been using this FedEx for over 10 years and I can't say enough about how helpful they have always been. The staff has turned over a few times but they continue to hire people who are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I've rushed in at 4:55pm to get something important shipped by 5pm and they're unflappable. They all seem to like working together too. I just really appreciate good service by sweet people these days

I haul a$$ to get here after work and they decide to close early. Sign clearly says they close at 6. Not 5:30, not 5:45. I just need to drop off a package. Going to try another place.

Went in a week ago because I'm getting my passport rush renewed through FedEx's partnership with Rushmypassport.com. I needed to print out all of my documents, get a new passport photo and put together the entire application packet to send out. The employees were extremely helpful and patient and made sure that everything got sent out by the 3 pm deadline. Huge shout out to Courtne and Kenya, thank you so much! I even got the notification that my package made it to the passport center the next morning.

$600 package just disappeared. The employees at fedex are stealing packages. Fedex corporation does not care. I would never use this location again and i would avoid fedex if at all possible. I'll be filing a police report.The employees are rude and should not be allowed to work for this company

Came here to pick up an item and 5:55 pm and the rude employee at the door yelled and said they're closed and to go to Alameda. I explained to her that my item was here and she still said to go to alameda. I think she's racist and I will call to speak to a manager asap.

***HUGE RED FLAG WARNING*** EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION STEAL PACKAGES.I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 on Samsung's website financed through a new Verizon account. It was way too much phone for me and very bulky so I knew right away I wanted to return it. I boxed it up in it's original packaging with the packing slip Samsung sent me and I went to the FedEx Office center at E 9th St. and Fruitvale Ave. and this is where I made a mistake - instead of placing the package on the scale, watching the agent scan the package and getting a receipt, I handed it to her because she was busy helping someone else and asked if I was just dropping off so I gave it to her and walked out wrongly assuming it would make it to Samsung returns in TX intact. When the package was received by Samsung they emailed me a video of someone in their receiving dept. opening an empty box containing only the packing slip and no phone. I checked the digital receipt in the FedEx app and the package was scanned in weighing 0.3 lbs and a mobile phone, especially this particular phone and it's packaging, weighed a lot more than 0.3 lbs. and that's how I know it was the employee at the FedEx Office store who stole the phone and then scanned in an empty box.Now Samsung says there is nothing they can do and rightly so, they sent me the merchandise and received an empty box in return. FedEx has denied 2 separate claims stating, "Under the terms governing this shipment, FedEx does not accept liability under the Return Options program." Apparently the Return Option program allows their agents to steal phones. I missed that in the small print.I am now on the hook to Verizon for a $2100 phone plus $100/month in service for a device I no longer have and the only thing I did wrong was trust that the employee at FedEx would do her job and not rip off their customers. Do they not run background checks on the criminals they hire?? I'd like to know the vetting process, as I am sure I'm not the only person this has happened to. I have contacted Oakland PD, the BBB, local news organizations and other consumer advocacy agencies and I will be posting this experience on every social media platform and I will not rest until I am compensated by FedEx for the blatant property theft and improper treatment by the company. They stole from me. They need to be held accountable and I thoroughly hope that justice is served and the thief is fired and arrested for grand theft.
