No appointment is needed, it is first come, first served, and the wait time is usually minimal or short. Customers often get in and out very quickly, in about 10 minutes. There is a free retest if a car fails. The staff provides fast, friendly, and courteous service, and the workshop is clean and organized. Many customers would recommend it highly to friends or family.
