Lisa was so accommodating and generous after we broke the museum glass in a frame, not charging us for the replacement. And the frames in her shop are absolutely stunning.

They have a beautiful selection of materials and really knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. Unfortunately my particular project didn't work out, but they were extremely helpful even when it was clear we'd have to look elsewhere.

I have used them before for framing and it was done beautifully but it’s their customer service that’s the most amazing. Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon to get the paper and wire replaced on a piece that had been framed somewhere else and they did it in the spot. Love a neighborhood shop!
