Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was my first experience getting art professionally worked on (vintage piece from alameda antique fair restretched) and they walked me through it step by step -- even gave me instructions + tools for hanging the piece! Will be back.

I spent some time today talking with Lisa about framing options for some of my oil paintings, and she gave me great and very sensible advice. It ended up not making sense for me to buy a frame there, but I would strongly recommend her to anyone else and if I ever need a custom frame I would not hesitate to go back!

Lisa was so accommodating and generous after we broke the museum glass in a frame, not charging us for the replacement. And the frames in her shop are absolutely stunning.
