I have just gotten my car fixed there. Before putting my car there, I went to a couple of different body shops. This body shop win my Championship. In deed, it had done a wonderful job, and my car is finished before the schedule. The people I talked mostly are AJ and Gabby . They are professional. partially AJ like a lovely boy of my neighbor.

Crash Champions on 10th street is AMAZING. The team there is all very helpful and kind, and the process of getting an estimate and then fixing the car was very smooth. Renee was the absolute best. She explained everything about the insurance coverage and kept us up to date on the progress of the car. I would highly recommend Crash Champions!

Called and some rude lady picked up - won't be taking our car here. Don't shout at people or talk to them like they are stupid because they can't hear you because of some noise in YOUR background.

See the reviews for George V Arth... They recently became "Crash Champions", and when I learned that I thought "oh oh, I've trusted George V Arth for 30 years (not that I get in that many crashes, but when I do, this is the ONLY place I'd go...) what do I do now?" I was sooooo relieved to find out that Renee and most of the same crew are still running the show. Still the same great and personal service, still the same great quality. The shop is still in the same place and as clean and well run as ever. Whew! Thank you!!!

These are the champions, my friends.After visiting five other repair shops, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of this garage. I was received promptly at the time of my appointment and Vu Ly was friendly and efficient in examining my Toyota Prius, which had been sideswiped while parked on a public street. I was permitted to keep my car, which was still drivable, until needed parts came in for the repair.The work was finished in four days (earlier than they had estimated and weeks before the competing shops could promise), my car was washed inside and out, and I was called to pick it up with plenty of time before closing on a holiday weekend.Vu even offered me a money-saving solution for some additional cosmetic work that would improve the appearance of my aging vehicle.They furthermore managed the relationship with my insurance company beautifully. I’m really fortunate to have chosen Crash Champions, wish them my best and have respect and appreciation for Vu Ly, whose customer service was excellent.

I am very impressed with Crash Champions. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have an automated system that provides text messages that keep you up to date on the status of your repair and estimated completion date so you aren't left wondering when your vehicle will be ready. Hopefully, I will not need their services again, but if I do, I won't think twice about calling them. My vehicle looks perfect again!

Very dispointed. The only reason I did this claim here was because they said they could take care of my other scratches, gave me a quote, we were scheduled to do the insurance job and my out of pocket hood and side door. They are unorganized and none of the other work was done I was in Hawaii making it pointless. How do you overlook a detais like that, repeatedly? A complete waste of my valuable time.

I'm from out of town and my truck was backed into while parked on the street here in Oakland. Crash Champions in Oakland got me in for an estimate quickly, worked seamlessly with my insurance and fixed the dent and repainted the panel in just a few days. My repair was a little more difficult than average too because the body panels were aluminum. Could not recommend them more for their great customer service, speed, and quality of work.

There’s a reason this is a 100+ year business. I needed a bunch of work and haven’t had body work done before - the shop super kindly helped explain the process with insurance to me. And after, when I brought it in, texted me regularly to keep me updated. And when we realized we needed the car back a day earlier than expected, they made it happen! AANND it ended up costing half what it was projected to. I mean, wow. Just never been treated so well ANYWHERE let alone a shop. So 100%, go to this place. It’s a gem.Services: Body & Trim

When I first went in, the shop was super friendly and took time to kindly helped explain the process with insurance to me. And after, when I brought it in, they texted me regularly to keep me updated on what was happening and timelines. And when we realized we needed the car back a day earlier than they expected to finish, they made it happen! AANND it ended up costing half what it was projected to. I mean, wow. Just never been treated so well ANYWHERE let alone an auto shop. So 100%, go to this place. It's a gem. Tell all your friends about it.

When I am leaving George Arth, I always tell them I hope never to see them again, and they smile and wave and say they'll be there if we need them. These friendly, competent folks are my go-to for the assorted scratches, scrapes, and dings provided by the roads (and drivers) of Oakland.Their body work has been impeccable, and (as important to me) their communication, too. They haven't always been able to deliver on the planned timeline, but they've been so diligent about letting me know immediately if a part is delayed or something that it's much easier to manage and plan my life around the hiccups. This experience is worlds apart from shops I've used in the past where I feel like I'm constantly calling for updates and still never get a straight answer, even days after my car was supposed to be done.This shop has earned my repeat business with their consistent performance. I still hope I never see them again, but I'm really glad they'll be there when we need them. ?Service: Body & Trim

I was just recommending this shop to my neighbor - we noticed her car was in an incident last night. When the words "I'll never use another shop", and "They gave the best customer service" came out of my mouth I realized that I have never written a review for George V Arth and Son. I used their services twice while deep in the pandemic, and had a tremendous experience both times. They were quick and responsive when I called in, didn't write me off as a female, and turned the repair around in record time. There was no skirting around details, no avoided phone calls, no missed deadlines. When I went to pick up my car, it was clean, pristine, and like new! This is also the cleanest auto body shop I have ever seen. Kudos to this family owned business that has been an Oakland asset for so long, there's a really good reason for that!

Overall great experience hands down. Renee and Brian are the only 2 I communicated with but HANDS DOWN TOP NOTCH! My vehicle looked as if nothing never happened. Kudos to this experience. I without a doubt will recommend anyone and everyone here.

My experience with George V Arth & Son is one I'd expect to have if I had first vetted it with a man who knew about cars (we all know the stereotype), except I've only ever visited this shop on my own. I trust this shop with my Infiniti as much as I trust the Infiniti dealership!The team is well knowledgeable, always friendly, and they're great at tailoring their communication for people like myself who don't know much about cars. Great value - super fair pricing for an always high quality service, and they always add a cherry on top. I also appreciate the transparency in consultations - I know they'll be honest with me if they think I'd be better off going to the dealership for a fix.I totally missed my window for the carwise review but I just wanted to say thanks again to Brian and team!Services: Body & Trim
