Walked in the store with no greeting, the lady followed my daughter around and yelled at my five year old for running, which he shouldn't have been but I got control of him. She still came around the corner looking at us.i asked her was there an issue, and she starts yelling "baby don't care" baby don't care. I dropped the hair that I was planning on buying and left but not before telling her and the man behind the counter she needs to control herself.

Terrible, disgusting place workers were SO rude I came to return extensions n they claim that I broke the bag… while it was one of the workers to “check if I opened it” they ripped of the piece of tape and I heard the bag break and he later on SAYS “you broke it Liar” why would the worker treat a minor so disrespectfully. Please do better.

To my beautiful black queens and kings - I encourage you to stop shopping at places that do not care about us or treat us with respect! This store is one of them, and they treat you like you're going to commit a crime or they ignore you when you need help. They don't know much of black beauty products or black hair at all, so you can't take their advice. Their prices are insanely inflated, just due to convenience and being the closest beauty supply store in the area. I wish there were more black-owned beauty supply stores closer so we can contribute to our people more. Please please please - Shop elsewhere!

Went to look for a wig. The sales attendant said I had to buy a head cap even tho I had my own head scarf to try on wigs. I paid the $1, after he said I can only try on 3. Then he kept asking if I’d have enough time to start trying on since they’d close in 30minutes. They must really not want customers

Like he was trying to get me to not try anything on so he could get ready to go early instead of watching my every move. They must really not want customers

This is the beauty supply I went to when another so called 'beauty supply' store failed me. Thankfully, TGIF (which I happened to visit on a Friday!) came to my rescue. I'll keep it short & sweet: they had variety, colors, lengths, types, brands, accessories, and at standard prices. The only thing I wanted that they did not carry were jumbo pre-done braids, but they did have twists! That being said, I really can't complain. I walked out buying 8 packs of hair, gold cuffs, a shampoo, a conditioner, an edge brush, hair dryer comb attachment, heat protectant, leave in conditioner and gold hoop earrings for under $90! I'm a happy lady:)

This would be a zero star if it was optional, however this place is racist ! My mom and I had been coming to this place for yeeeaars. Today we went in the store to purchase about $100 worth of hair supplies ! Fresh off from work. As soon as we walked in the store the guy was following us around . It made me feel unwanted we was Racially profiled. Instead of purchasing the things we wanted we just left. We took our money elsewhere. I'm very disappointed I promise Black people bring more business to place than any other race 😡😡🤬
