Ordered a wig in 2020, from their website because I didnt live in *******,** still have the PayPal *************** receipt . It never came, never got a tracking number or nothing. Drove way to ************ was a young girl in the store alone & I asked her about my order she just wrote the order *********** phone number down & that was it, I purchased a wig there and she said shell get back to me about my online order, here it is March ************************************************* info, still havent got a refund. Their website is gone, & I wrote them on their **************** said theyll get back to me but never did .

Love this HairCandy Wigs and Hair Bar time I went and oh my god they fixed my hair I had a HairCandy Wigs and Hair Bar to fix it now my hair looks so healthy i will for sure be coming back here again to get my HairCandy Wigs and Hair Bar.

I Will NEVER in my life purchase bundles from here again. I did a few years back (Brazilian) and they were good. This year which is 2020 I purchased a 3 bundle deal. The hair was Peruvian, is Peruvian hair supposed to be thin? Because this sure was SUPER thin. I never tried Peruvian before but I was thinking since it was hair candy that I will be fine. WRONG. I had it installed, flatironed the next day. When I say that the hair looked like it came from the beauty supply, that’s exactly what it looked like. I tried to talk to the lady but she talks to her customers like her kids. I had to drive there because I had emailed her and told her, no reply. I constantly called, no answer. So I’m taking it out and throwing it away. I’ll go natural for my birthday instead ??♀️. Thanks hair candy

The hair I got was very thin. One of the packs the ends of the hair was really ruff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. The hair is poor quality and it’s not worth your money. They need to be banned from selling hair

I bought a closure piece and it was the worse closure piece I ever bought. It sheeded so much after 2 weeks you could see patches of bald spots.

I absolutely Love Hair candy. The service was awesome there. There was a man sitting at the front desk whom sold me hair he was very professional and courteous to my hair needs he wasn't gay but he was on his JOB. The hair I have is the Brazilian Wave and it looks amazing on me. Thank you hair candy for being so conveniently located and treating a new client (me) like family.
