This place is unprofessional. I had a 9:00am appointment. They called 10 mins before to confirm. I confirmed and showed up. The person I had an appointment with was said to be running late. I waited a bit and saw another Tax preparer go in, so I ask can they help me? I was told everyone had appointments coming and The person (Gurrish) is not coming. They did not try to save a customer and I am going to another location further away than I'd like. And there was more but I'll stop here. Terrible!!!!!

Tax time can be stressful time period and unfortunately the staff here at this H&R Block location made it even more stressful. I came in to complete my taxes with a tax associate that I have been working with for over 25 years, and I presented her a state tax form I had received for a previous tax year, and she immediately assumed the letter was fraudulent. That then sent my head spinning. I then went home and did my own research and confirmed that the form I had received was indeed legit and after speaking with state tax board, I had owed back taxes. This was confusing to me as I have been getting my taxed prepared at this location for years, and this is first I am learning of mistake by my tax associate. In trying to get some understanding around how and why this mistake was made, I was dismissed and ignored. I called several times to talk to my tax preparer, and I was met with a receptionist who not only was privy to my tax situation, but was rude and would not connect with my tax preparer. Their error in preparing my taxes, was a very costly mistake and I can not be sure how many more mistakes they have made due to my inability to speak with anyone at that office. I will contact the BBB and share my horrendous experience with the so called tax professionals at this H&R Block location.

thank you for turning in my tax documents late after the 18th nothing was sent when I was told everything was sent over electronically you also did not process my payment in your system but you sure took out the money from my bank account when I paid the same day of my tax preparation on April 3rd call back one week later you guaranteed that taxes were sent over which they were not called back two weeks later nothing was on file nothing had been sent there was no payment on record even though I did pay you same day I feel like you guys failed me as a tax preparer and I'm highly upset I expect a full refund to be sent back to me as soon as possible thank you for postponing my money

You have good service and I've been having my taxes done by H and R Block since 1974. Why change now my daughter has her taxes done by H and R Block.
