Fantastic customer service with my warranty claim. My old 500ml soft flasks were perished at the top, after being in storage for approx 5 years. 1x email with pics, 2x new 500ml soft flasks (free) posted to Australia within a few hours. Thanks.

The customer service at Hydrapak is 10/10. The product performs as well as any other bladder on the market but the support is above and beyond. I had an issue with my reservoir and the team resolved it within the first email. Very impressed by their speed and efficiency!Would buy hydrapak over camelbak any day!
