I was at the airport Few hours early. Just browsing and always wanted to see what they had. I wasn’t in the market for anything, but Markus was kind and asked if I had any questions please ask. So I asked a few questions about earphones. I was looking at Apple AirPods but who buys it at an airport store right? The price wasn’t right, but then Markus asked if I wanted to demo any other headphones and he recommended me the Bose. I thought it was completely out of my price range. But they were having a sale and I got a chance to test listen through the demo earphones he had. I end up buying the Bose earphones and absolutely love it. Thank you Markus for your customer service and knowledge for helping me choose.

Marcus is an outstanding sales associate. I purchased an air tag and he walked me through the installation perfectly. I appreciated his willingness to service the sale with the addition of installation assistance. What a star employee, great smile too!

Ripped off, I just bought AirPods 1st gen and it was 200$!! Don’t buy them, buy them from apple stores because you can get the 2nd generation (even better) for only 140$ or the New AirPod 3 for 180$. So don’t buy AirPods from there, make you pay more for less.

The customer service I received from Laura in the short time I was in the InMotion store at the Oakland airport was better than anything I have ever experienced at any "big box" retailer like Target, Best Buy or Walmart. She was attentive, courteous, kind and extremely helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and quickly helped me find the exact product I was looking for. At 8am in the morning on a Sunday most people would probably not be feeling so chipper, but I can say that her awesome attitude definitely started our vacation on the best note possible.

Best quality and customer service. I wouldn't usually shop for electronics at the airport, but I needed a micro USB cable so decided to browse. Joshua was very helpful and I ended up buying an 8 foot braided Habitat for $20 with tax. Sure you could buy one for less elsewhere, but I like the quality. The fit on these can be loose but this one sits very snugly. The other thing is the cable going into the micro end tends to wear out the quickest. On this one it's reinforced. I expect it will last for a while. I'll definitely be stopping by in the future.

This place is awesome. I went in to browse and realized my beats were missing a little rubber piece. I asked if they had any for sale and the lady working the counter was able to give me one at no charge. Amazing customer service!

InMotion is one of those places that you hate to go, but somehow you need to in able to have entertainment while traveling. This place sells everything gadget or smartphone related for most popular devices. I had no intention of buying anything just wanted to look at what's in store. The clerk saw my Bose headphones and told me they have replacement ear pads and cable. I appreciate him trying to direct help me, but I really don't need anything. If it was me, I probably wait it out till I reach my destination and rideshare to BestBuy instead. However, if you absolutely can't wait then by all means help yourself.

I see this store every time I am traveling through Oakland airport. Today I just had some time and stepped inside the store to look for a pair of headphones for myself. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly person called Mack. He was just amazing - took time to explain every bit of information that he could give me in regards to the different models and technology involved. Wish there were more such bright gentlemen in customer service which could make this world a much better place. I am now inclined to go and buy the product he suggested from him even though I can wait to buy this product in the future. Great job Mack - keep it up!
