Excellent customer service with shipping support for USPS, FedEx, DHL. I understand why they don't do UPS since their physical location is on the smaller side. Keep up the amazing work!

Had a great experience working with Jack London Mail to ship an artwork cross-country that I purchased at auction. The pick up and packing of the work was handled very delicately and it arrived safe in a timely manner. They went out of their way to get me the lowest price to ship. I appreciate their work and would absolutely come back next time I need packing help in Oakland. Thank you!

I am constantly blown away by Jack London Mail. I have lived in Jack London for years and have only gone there and recommend everyone else go there too. Every person that has helped me has been so sweet and helpful. The gentleman today was above and beyond. I was mailing a PlayStation and a Nintendo switch across the US and had been pretty anxious about it. He was extremely careful and meticulous with handling and boxing everything up that it immediately put me at ease. He was just happy to help and never made me feel like I was asking too much, or I was being inconvenient. I am not sure how Jack London Mail manages to hire the absolutely best most genuine people, but I am forever impressed, and I always feel like I am in good hands.

Second time I've had an auction win shipped from NorCal to SoCal. Went with Jack London the first time because their estimate came in lowest. This time, I just went directly to them, because the service was so good the first time around. This time, same thing. Great communication, excellent, careful packaging of my auction win, and really quick delivery (via Fedx Ground). Could not be happier with Jack London and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've now used Jack London Mail twice to pick up auction winnings nearby, pack them up, and ship them to me. Each time, the service has been outstanding. Great communication, reasonable pricing, fantastic attention to the care and protection of my auction winnings. I can't recommend them any higher -- this crew is fantastic. I hope I win more items just so I can have them ship them off to me!
