I just left this store, I was waiting for 30 minutes for them to bring strawberries, they never brought it out, they just said that in 5 minutes, in 10 minutes, and I didn't ask a person anything, and with a very bad temper, he told me that I had to go to the receptionist. Receptionist did all her job, she did it well but the other people are garbage. As workers, I am not going to return to this fucking store.

They should change the name to Waitro… 40 minutes to stand in line to get to the cashiers. I hate coming here but it’s a necessity.2 cashiers open and the line is literally to the back of the store.

Possible profiling business. A black line was placed through every item on the receipt I asked them why were they doing that and explained I never seen that before. They gave me complete silence and did not respond. This was the 3rd time Something weird that happened is this store that always have a long line. A Poor customer service. One day I purchased a case of fresh coconuts, i open one and it was completely spoiled, the bottom Of the inner box was also soiled. I shakes the other coconuts and the shake seem off. I went back for a simple exchange. Old box for a different one. I left the store for less than 30 mins. An employees told Me no you go back to the end of the line . The End of the line was down all the way to the oils. (Very very very long ) I stood iN Front of the store and asked for the manger it took 20 mins. He apologies refunded me and made me repurchase another box. I believe the sameLady who gave me complete silence was the one who gave me attitude when they sold my spoiled food. After that part with the coconut s I noticed every time I went to the store they said my account was blocked and a manager needs to start your purchase. Upon leaving I asked why ( they said the account says I had an attitude with an employee ( that didn’t make sense I was extremely calm a waited over 20 mins. In truth the employees was rude and assumed I was trying to steal something I purchased. It’s could be the one employee who’s racial profiling but the lines are always long here. this is an edited review

I have been going here for many years now.I used to like shopping here for the quality and great service but lately there has been a huge decline in their staff etiquette. Employees are rude to customers, the safety of customers is of their least concern... as they zoom through the aisles with forklifts... They rudely shout at customers to move out of the way and are not welling to help.Today I noticed multiple pallets of freezer items out in the store for over 2 hours and more as I had to leave. Makes me question the freshness of everything we buy from here.Sadly this place is not worth going to

Coming here few times a week to buy food supply for my restaurant but the last few times the milk went bad way before the expiration date , especially Half & Half and Heavy Whipping Cream. The service is slow here. It took me 30 minutes just to return a few boxes of milk. I would still come here for supplt but not for milk. Costco and US chef store are much better.

Very rude high school boy at the register. Talking back and rolling his eyes. Manager was no help and was also giving attitude. Customer service is on the decline.
