“Zoe was so incredibly helpful with helping us pick out the right hood for our kitchen renovation! She was patient and took her time explaining the products to us. These hoods are the best when it comes to intense Asian cooking, I am so excited about the tru stream technology to clean it! Great warranty and free gift with purchase.”

“Very helpful folks. This business probably primarily caters to professional plumbers, but they have been helpful to me when I needed things I couldn’t find at Home Depot.”

“Seldom do I have the pleasure of basking in pure professionalism and expertise. Had two 30-year old Kohler shower valves that I needed to replace. The folks at Moran could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, or friendly. Got the parts right away along with sage advice on installation. Cannot recommend them more highly!”

“We worked with Laurel to select and order a beautiful set of fixtures for our new bathroom. The process was easy, efficient, and we’re very happy with the results. I lost a set screw and when I asked Laurel if there were any spares at the showroom Laurel immediately coordinated for the manufacturer to ship me more — so fast and helpful, thank you Laurel!”

“Granite Expo has some great options, for DIY or work through a contractor or designer, which I highly recommend, especially if you are a novice. Their prices are very good, so you need to take responsibility for your order and check and double check measurements. Their cabinetry ranges from traditional shaker, which is very affordable, to semi custom modern cabinetry , which is what I chose. Their staff will help you with design but you need to know what you want and what your budget is before you go in. They have become a fairly one stop design shop for most kitchen/bathroom remodels; cabinets, countertops, vanities, flooring, some tiling and accessories.
Chris, the manager in Emeryville , goes out of his way to make his customers happy and is interested in design himself. I would definitely recommend going to Granite Expo. I worked with Jennie on the designs and she was very good. Thanks to Granite Expo I love my new kitchen.”

“This is one of my favorite stores in Chinatown, it's a lot like the Ben Franklin shops of my childhood. They have great toys, crafts, hardware, housewares, accessories, and pajamas and shoes, and snacks! They really do have everything. We get our house slippers here. You can't beat their prices and the owners are pleasant.”

“Very cool place where everyone knows what they're talking about and loves what they do. One of the guys even recommended local restaurants near me (was only in the area to visit someone) that hold great sake.”

“I was super pleased with my excellent service by Emrick at Sincere Decor. Originally I went to Granite Expo and it was like night and day in service when I went to Sincere Decor. Emrick went above and beyond to help me and ensure my order was placed correctly. I was so grateful as placing orders for cabinets can be an incredibly daunting experience. Thank you so much Emrick for your first rate service.”

“Liz is phenomenal. Btw- small businesses survive because of mark-ups. The Internet is killing small businesses!!! They have to pay rent, salaries, utilities. Go work with a robot or a faceless website for less $$. I prefer to support small business. Their showroom is limited but I went to Premiere Kitchen and Bath in Walnut Creek to see what I like then ordered with Liz. This was my first remodel and she held my hand and was responsive to all my questions. She knows all about plumbing, fixtures, etc. Super personable and a hard worker. She often stayed late helping me decide. I worked with her for 2 months and NEVER had a bad experience. Another co- worker is a but off putting which is why I stuck with Liz.”
