4 chairs, 12+ people standing around the narrow hallway / makeshift waiting area. Been here 45min waiting to get my blood drawn and have seen them process all of two other people for lab work.

The worst possible service imaginable. Don’t do it. In addition to poor customer service they don’t answer the phone or return messages.

This lab's electronic ordering system was out of order when I visited. Total hassle. Had to persuade my doctor to fax my blood work order to this lab in real-time. Ugh.

I was so impressed with this place! I made an appointment for 9 am and was expecting to be seen late but was seen right at 9 and was out by 9:15! I loved my phlebotomist Chantel she was so sweet and chatty and I could tell she really cares. Overall a much quicker and more pleasant experience than I expected! There is also a nice sandwich cafe next door to wait or immediately break your fast if you fasted before hand 🤣

I have no idea how it takes so long to draw blood. I’ve never had to wait close to this long at Kaiser, Sutter, or anywhere else.
There are only 5 people ahead of me and I’ve been here for close to 45 minutes already.
Unfortunately, that just seems to be par for the course for LabCorp and if you need to get blood drawn from them, whelp, sorry. Not clear if there’s a better location.

No labcorp closes their register 15 minutes before closing time, but they do. There is no signage or anything to get to the building. If you can, go to the San Pablo one, avoid this location.

My best blood draw experience. Arrived at 8:15 and was out by 8:30. I have poor circulation, a fear of needles, and am nauseous in the morning due to a medication. Fasting labs are always rough for that reason. These ladies had an ice pack on my neck, a trash can in case, bud and a water ready for me. They were so kind and patient.

Blanca is the best! Friendly, funny, and most of all didn’t feel a thing.

Not at all impressed. They were rude and unhelpful on my first visit. Now they have apparently lost the sample I dropped off even though I watched them scan the QR code and entered a ton of personal information into their Kiosk while the desk person took a personal call and ignored me. Needless to say i won't be back.

I am standing here at 8:00 am and the office is still closed, lights off, with no signs of staff despite its posted opening time of 7:30 am. All to say, don’t try to show up early to get ahead in the line—you still have to wait.
Update: I was finally seen at 8:50am (after arriving at 7:20am) and they wound up not complete all the tests on my doctor's order. This is the second time in 2 weeks that LabCorp has failed to complete an order.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I think it is important that I leave one for here. I went to get my blood drawn today at this Labcorps. Needles make me very anxious and I get queasy and light headed when I see them. Before drawing my blood I expressed this to the technician and she looked at me and said as long as you don’t pass out I don’t really care. This was extremely dismissive and I will ensure none of my friends go to this labcorps due to the poor bed side manner.

We have been to many Labcorp locations and this one was shockingly bad. The office is cramped and disorganized. Trash can was overflowing. Greeting was not a greeting but instead a transaction of few words. My daughter was scared and the tech was flat out rude. Thank goodness that is over. Will never go back. I honestly can't believe that it is a legit Labcorp location.

What a disgusting, unpleasant waste of time. I visited on the afternoon of 13 February. I arrived to find a tiny one-room office. There was already a patient there but the staff person, who seemed to speak only in one-word bursts, told me to reach across him to sign in. Then I waited for 45 minutes, although there was only one person ahead of me. When she called me, I entered the room to find it strewn with used medical supplies. While I was seated there someone else came in, reached across me, and dropped off a steaming cup of urine between us. Against my better judgement, I handed the staff person my requisition for highly routine blood work. She yelled at me to tell her my doctor, which was written on the requisition. Then she stared at her screen muttering to herself for five minutes before telling me that I wasn't in her system. I showed her my labcorp patient ID, which was printed on the form. She would have none of it - I think she just didn't understand what was being requested - and after 10 minutes of trying to help her figure it out, I left without receiving service. I have no idea why any self-respecting medical provider would send their patients to such an unclean, ineffective place but I won't be going back to Labcorp or the provider that sent me there.
