My visit to this Labcorp was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the blood draw was painless. I’m not sure why the reviews are not great, but my visit was a very good experience.i got in right away without an appointment. Maybe that’s the key.
**just a side note-it would be nice if personal information like our addresses and birthdates could be discretely exchanged rather that everyone in the room hearing the Information. I understand the challenge in such a small space.

After reading all the negative reviews and being a naturally anxious person in medical settings, I felt a little uneasy before walking in. I came in the afternoon with no appointment and experienced no wait time, the woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get my paperwork sorted out after a miscommunication w/ my doctor's office, and the person who conducted my bloodwork was able to find my veins in one go (I have had prior problems with nurses identifying my veins), but this individual was super professional. I even got the cutest puppy sticker after my lab-work and I am a grown adult lol. I had an overall good experience here.

I passed by LabCorp after storming away from QuestLab (awful experience). Walked into LC and asked if I could be seen w/o appt. Tech at the desk nicely replied "yes". She kindly advised me to call my Dr. And have the Lab form re-routed from Quest and fax to LC. They proceeded to register me and I was in and out. Both Techs were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

I went to the LabCorp on Lake Chabot road, San Leandro. The male technician there (I was told his name is Torin) was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! He yelled at me for putting my sample in the cupboard that says to put it there. THEN he said "SHE TOLD YOU TO GIVE IT BACK TO HER!!" Right in the middle of the hallway he then says VERY LOUD "YOU'RE GETTING A DRUG TEST!" EVERYONE in the lobby heard him. His behavior is reprehensible and I will NOT be going to LabCorp anywhere if he is there. Please FIRE this guy immediately!

I go here for most of my blood draws. Always receive excellent service--and honestly, never had a bad phlebotomist! Painless and kind. Pauline is the best!

This location has been "temporarily" closed since October 2021. I'd gone once before and got this surprise news when I arrived. I needed bloodwork done today and this is the closest location to me, I thought it would be open by now (February 2022). Still closed. For those who have to work hard to rearrange their work schedules, do not bother with this location. Save yourself the trouble.

The two workers were wonderful. I have a severe fear of needles after a childhood accident when blood was being taken. These ladies were wonderful. Very polite. I'm mostly deaf and they were very accommodating about it. Also, the one who took the blood was very gentle. Only felt the needle barely. And they were very kind and patient about my fear and very soothing. This was today. If their bosses see this (or if one was the boss) they should know these workers are shining examples of GREAT care. Thank you.
