Dj is phenomenal!!! I love this place! My second time around. Everything is professional, efficient and he makes sure he takes his time with your refund. If the IRS contacts you for any issues, he is okay with going over the reasons as to why that may be so, or contact them if there is any discrepancy. Get your taxes done here, you won’t regret it!

DJ is 100% the best tax person Ive dealt with. Ive been to other liberty tax places and done the turbo tax before and DJs experience with liberty was the best. Fast, simple, and stress free. Very friendly guy and explains anything you have questions about. Highly recommend.

paid the gentleman working here a sum total of $422 to register my vehicle in California. He gives me everything, and takes my title promising a new one will arrive in the mail in a week or two. after two weeks come and go with no title arriving I call him to let him know. He advised that I continue to wait, that its highly unlikely that it wont come in. I continue to wait for over an entire month. During this time I must have called him 4 - maybe 5 times. Every time he advised the same thing; that I continue to wait. So at the end of nearly two months I call and tell him again that it hasn't come in and ask his advise on how to proceed. He conveyed to me that he would reach out to the DMV then call me back. NEVER received a call. So I call back twice since then and now a female answers the phone and tell me he's busy and that he will call me back. Never received another call. So I started researching what to do on my own. and it seems that waiting was the worse advice he could have given because now I have to pay more money out of pocket for a "lost title fee" because I waited too long to report it. I am dissatisfied with the service I received here. man needs to learn to finish the transactions he starts even when it gets difficult. Cuz the fact still remains I paid this man for a title I never received.
