The owners are super friendly and I always feel happy to go in here. Great selection and some cool finds every once in a while that I don’t see other places.

This is a neighborhood gem where the owner, Henry, genuinely cares about his customers, greeting many by name. During the pandemic, the store carried basics like toilet paper, ice, and water. It is very family friendly, with teens/kids coming in with their parents for snacks and cold drinks. A grandmother was in there recently buying a hard-to-find liqueur for a favorite recipe. Another woman was buying sparkling wine for a wedding shower. Others pour in on game days to buy beer and other things. I found one of my favorite beers there (Cali Creamin Vanilla Cream Ale); haven't seen it in a while. But I'm really writing to share what happened to me there yesterday. I go to this store weekly to buy my lottery tickets. I parked in front and, after leaving the store, made a call to a relative whom I'm concerned about. When I did that, I was distracted and accidentally dropped my main credit card. On a frantic search for it later, backtracking through much of the day's visits, I went back to this store close to closing and learned that a customer found my card in the parking lot in front, gave it to Henry's associate--an incredibly nice guy at all times--and he had been holding it in a safe spot. This speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity, not only of many who support this local store, but also to the owner and workers. So often we hear bad things about Oakland, so I felt that it was important to share this, not only for this humble little store--a liquor store even!--but also to give some love back to whomever found my card and to share a positive story about the city. It's nothing dramatic that could make the evening news, but such moments of care and consideration happen in Oakland all the time.

I come here for all my alcohol needs. There are great people who work here and they have a huge selection of beers and wines. However, I knocked off a star because the parking isn't so hot. Other than that, check this place out!

Small store with a decent selection. The staff is friendly and can order certain things if they don’t have any in stock. The beer selection is fairly decent. They don’t have everything, but they do have some choice bottles every now and then. The bourbon selection is impressive and I’ve been able to try out a few new options. I’m glad this place is open and appreciate their cleanliness for COVID-19 precautions.

Total rip off! Added charges and I had to ask her what it was for... what about all of the people that just pay and never ask! Dishonest...

Lincoln Square Liquors is literally bubbling with alcohol (hard liquor, wines, beers). not much craft beers to choose from, bottle wise. cans yes. L.S. Liquors truly is an emporium of spirits ala Total Wines. sad i didn't discover this place sooner as i'm no longer an alcoholic, just a food digestive creature. brew: samuel smith organic hard apple cider (4.99) 5% abv. -tart not sweet, -drinking an apple a day not a bad idea, just not healthy. on draught: -noticed the metal brackets in front of store to be used as a preventive measure, indicating the value of the booze showcased inside.

My go-to liquor store. Henry (owner) is a great guy who works his a** off to provide a well-stocked store with very reasonable prices. He has a great beer and wine selection and some really nice hard alcohol choices too. If he doesn't have something I want he tries to get it. If he has something I want and I buy a few he gives me a discount. If I tell him I can get something cheaper elsewhere, he meets the price. That is rare though because his prices are very good. He is a very kind and generous person. Just the kind of person I want to give my hard-earned money to. Parking right now for his place is a disaster due to on-going construction, but it makes me want to go here more to support the business. In fact I feel guilty buying liquor elsewhere!
