There are massive accessibility issues with this location. There are NO chairs what-so-ever in their lobby area so if your pizza isn't ready and you have any mobility issues it becomes an awful experience really quickly. When I asked the very nice man behind the counter he told me the chairs "keep getting stolen" but he couldn't really say by who and really that seems like a management issue to me since there are 100s of ways to secure chairs at an establishment. This is not a fault of the employees in any way, the guy working there was very polite and did his best to get my order done as quick as he could but I ended up having to lean up against the dirty walls so I didn't fall and left there in a lot of pain.

I ordered a box of pizza and crazy bread from them on Thursday, Oct. 26 around 7:20 pm. for me and my sister to share. We picked it up around 8:00 pm and were happy to get it since we were hungry. When she opened the crazy bread, the bread was a dark brown color, and it was hard to bite into it than I went for the pizza and the pizza presentation wasn't good, but I bit into it anyways and had an nasty old taste to it that caused my stomach to be upset. So we went back into the store and asked for a refund, and the female that worked that night blamed us for the way it looked that way because it was sitting for 10 to 15 mins in the warmer with other orders (pick up was at 7:45 pm). She knew the order looked that way

I ordered online and my chicken was so burnt and my pizza looked like old pizza with new cheese added didn't have that fresh look I gave a 3 for the free

Ordered a old world fancironi pepperoni on the app, got a regular pepperoni. They didn't even know what it was. Horrible service, horrible app, don't put in on the app to order if they don't know what it is or mark it as unavailable.

I order a deep dish and they gave me a pizza with a bite right in the middle, I phone called 5 times to let them know and they didn’t answer the phone so I went back right away to get another one and the employee very rude wanted me to take the one with the Vite saying that was normal, I did ended up having a new one but they took forever to make it, terrible service.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would, the costumer service is terrible, I ordered a pizza as well as crazy bread on DoorDash from them and the pizza came with no sauce in it and the crazy sauce was missing as well. I got in contact with the Little Caesars store I ordered from and one of the employees blamed the door dash person for the missing items in the order, including the sauce in the pizza. Overall unprofessional employees and I don’t recommend ordering from this Little Caesars.
