Excellent smoothies. I haven't had a bowl yet but look forward to it. One challenge is seeing the menu inside while ordering outside the door. The way the line forms, it's hard to tell. People absentmindedly linger near the door which can make ordering tougher. There's also the challenge of communicating your order while a powerful commercial food processor is running less than 10 feet away.

The food is really good I love the açai bowls and the smoothies are reaaallllyyyyy good. Their service is great they never have mixed up any of my orders.

We love this place! Acai Bowls are fantastic and have us coming back nearly every week (sometimes twice a week). We love the Oasis bowl! Staff is always great and accommodating on our food restrictions. On nice days we take advantage of the sidewalk or outdoor patio seating.

This is the best açaí bowl place in the bay! It's always sooo fast and the workers are always super nice and helpful. The prices I think are respectable for how much you get.

Yall REALLY need to open at 8am!! So many people have to be at work at 9am! I tried somewhere new today because they were open and they were nasty! PLEEEEEESE OPEN EARLIER!!!!

Small space. Only pick up but they do have a bench outside you could sit and eat at. Quick and nice service. Bananas cookies are sooooo good!

I am a huge fan of juice bars; especially the hole-in-the-wall ones that are off the beaten path. That is exactly what you will find at "Main Squeeze". Located directly on Lakeshore Ave and adjacent to Mandana Blvd in the Lower Hills neighborhood of Oakland, this place has been offering delicious healthy items dating back to late-2015. Keep in mind that this location is not the easiest one to find while parking isn't that great either. Furthermore, it is the type of business where you walk up to the glass window and place your order. Hours are quite generous as they are opened for business 7 days a week from 9:00am to 7:00pm. There is also a second location in Alameda but my review is specifically on the Oakland location. They carry a selection of enhancers, wellness shots, juices, smoothies, and Açaí bowls. Best of all, the juices, enhancers, and bowls are all organic. This means everything is made naturally and free of any pesticides. For this being such a tiny place, they offer a ton of options to keep your body healthy and feeling its best. I wanted to add that there is no indoor seating area so basically every item you order is made "to-go". However, there were a couple small benches directly in case you wish to enjoy your snack there and not walk with it or take it in the car. After glancing at the entire menu board, I finally settled with a 12 oz. size of their "Orange You Glad" (for $7.00 as of October 2023). This concoction includes fresh pressed carrots, celery, red apples, pears, ginger, turmeric & lemons. It was just a few minutes and my drink was ready. I've been to my share of juice bars and this place was definitely above average. The drink wasn't cold which was a minor deterrent but overall it was delicious. I was able to taste the carrots more than anything but definitely also tasted hints of celery and the turmeric. Overall, "Main Squeeze" is definitely a great place when your life is busy and on the go. The guys that run this place were super nice while the vibe was relaxed and chill. All in all, I am giving them an above average four star rating.

I was so excited to finally have a healthy snack after my workout until I received my Acai bowl and found mini hairs and dirt on my fruit. It seemed as though they dropped the banana, picked it up, and placed it into my bowl. It was truly disgusting. I told them my concerns and they did make me another one but I will not be going back here again.

Wanted an acai bowl and came across this place. Glad I did. It is a small location, the register is at the door. They have many options bowl, smoothies, shots. I ordered the Oasis bowl which was really good. The service was really quick as well. I'll be back to try their smooties.

I come here at least twice a week and I always get the macamama and açaí bowl. Healthy and always fresh.
