Scammers!! Bring your car elsewhere. They upcharge like CRAZY! $250 for a diagnostic test. Also they tried to get me to pay $9,800 for a new engine on my very old car (no mechanic who is on your side would recommend this).

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I came to get my tires aligned and I was charged $200 for it. I checked other places and they charge half the price. This place is full of SCAMMERS I don’t know how they are still in business.

The owner is a communication engineer, he has nothing to do with mechanical experience or even the basic oil ? changes. you can check his background if you don't believe me.

DO NOT bring your car here for service, from my experience I’m convinced this place is owned and operated by scammers. On August 5th, 2023 I went into Meineke to make an appointment for brake replacement. Andre Halim, the manager, told me they wouldn’t be able to work on it that day (Saturday) and they are closed Sunday, so to bring it in on Monday August 7th first thing in the morning. I agreed and asked if I could fill out any paperwork and pay for it so my partner could just drop it off. He agreed and we proceeded with this process. On Monday, my partner was not able to bring the car in and I had to cancel the appointment and services. I call Meineke and explain to Andre the situation, he cancels everything and tells me that I will need to bring my card into the shop to receive a refund. I explain to him that I will be out of town and won’t be able to physically go into the shop till September. On September 5th 2023, I went to Meineke and presented my card to receive the refund, again Andre is helping me. Everything checks out, Andre prints the receipt and I go about my business. Two weeks go by and nothing is showing up in my account for the $882.96 that was supposed to be credited. I call Andre and explain to him that the refund has not gone through, he proceeds to tell me that I need to call my bank.I called my bank, they disputed the original charge of $882.96 and told me to send any evidence so I sent them a photo of the receipt. In November I got an email saying that the Meineke Merchant does not agree that I am owed a refund, they proceeded to submit my claim to the Visa Arbitration committee. On January 10th, I get notification that the Meineke merchant provided documentation that services were rendered and cannot complete the refund (I assume this is the paperwork that I filled out and signed when I made the appointment). My dispute was closed by my bank.I tried calling Meineke customer service to find out more information, but they are not able to help me because Meineke at Foothill is a Franchise. Since January 10th, I have been going into the shop and speaking with Andre trying to get as much information as I can about who the owners are, and how to contact them to figure this out. I asked him to pull up my car history and according to him the last service that was done on my car was in 2021 for an oil change. He also told me that he cannot provide me with any documentation that I have signed. I ask for the owner's contact info and he tells me he cannot provide me with their information but said that he’d pass my contact info to them.On Monday January 15th, I go back in and he tells me that he has passed on my contact info and someone will be in contact with me. I go back in on Friday, January 19th, and he tells me that person by the name of Aziz will contact me. It is now Monday and still nothing. It shouldn’t be this hard to get in contact with the owners, I don’t even post reviews but I thought that this would help get the attention it needs. My car was not worked on and I have proof. At first I thought this was a small misunderstanding of paperwork, but now I’m out $882.96 and still trying to talk to someone that can help me. Pretty soon I will have no choice but to take legal action.

Got my car serviced here because I was driving to Illinois, in January weather, oil change , break flush, fluids check etc..I told them about my trip several times! Long story short & $800 later I broke down because they put water not antifreeze in radiator, a hose completely disconnected, loose wires, bolts loose & more. now I've been stuck in Nebraska ,car in shop no coolant in reservoir, leaking, froze up everything causing numerous issues &damage!! Costing me over $1000!!! Not including the 4 days hotel Bill! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They have NOT heard the last of me! Crooks

SCAMMERS!! Went in for a new tire because I got a flat. Andre the “manager/owner” asked what I needed I took him to my car to show him exactly what kind of tire I needed he sed yeah I will order it. I went in to pay 350 no receipt no overall review no signature no nothing just says I will call you when ready to pick up. I get there to notice it’s a different tire from what we talked about. I go on to tell him that’s no it I want my tire or a refund! He says we don’t carry your tire and we don’t do refunds… WOW no call to confirm I was ok with what he was doing. I feel scammed I feel unsafe to drive my car with my kid in it. At this point everything about this place is a safety issue.. I go on to speak to the worker who did the job because he’s the only one working there, he says he does this all the time to customers as much as customers complain he gets away with it!! I will be reporting this, this is not ok. I got a cheap tire that cost 120 for 350. No sir this needs to stop. Bridgestone is what I asked for milestone is what I got. This is Andre without a care he proudly posed for the picture because he refused to give me his full name.

Really wish I read the reviews before going here. Had a very similar experience with a Lyft inspection - guy gave me the wrong address and quoted me a different price. When the inspection didn't pass he said I'd have to come back to pay even more just to verify a TPI light was turned off. They seem like completely unethical scammers charging a ridiculous amount of $ for a 2 minute inspection! Don't waste your money here - it won't get you anything.

SCAMMERS!!!! RUN!!!!! Went in to get an oil change and vehicle was placed on the mount and had the hood open but the service was never done. $90 for a synthetic oil change. Had the vehicle checked by my friend and noticed that the oil was still dirty and the filter was never touched. Went back to talk to the “supervisor” and had them actually do it since they didn’t want to give me a refund after a verbal altercation.

I came here to have my oil light turned off since i changed my own oil and couldn't figure it out on my own. they took forever trying to make a profile for my car then at the end asked me to pay $40. to turn off an oil change light. i can only imagine the fees and charges for an actual service.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they gave me a quality oil change and fixed my air conditioning (I guess I was low on fluid). Constructive advice: communicate more with customers what needs to be done and why. You could have upsold me on products had you explained *why* it was necessary and provided information collected during the oil change. Thanks, though!

Extremely over priced. Paid for an alignment that I don't believe was completed and they would not provide an alignment spec sheet. I have filed a grievance with their corporate office.Services: Tire rotations

My son got cheated out of 69.99 dollars here. He paid to get an Uber inspection and a minute after paying he changed his mind and politely asked for a refund. The front desk desk guy agreed and my son inserted his card in the machine for a refund. My son never did get the refund. He disputed the transaction through his bank. Halim at Meineke put in writing to the bank that the inspection was performed. What a complete lie! He knows full well it wasn't. This is not a reputable business, stay well away from it! Look how many 1 star reviews it has, says it all really.
