this review in in reflection of the institution, not this particular location. I was forced into a merrill edge account, and have been receiving some of the worst customer service one could imagine. Choose another financial institution if you prefer fair customer service..

Choose another financial institution if you want good customer service. I have received nothing but explanations why I didn't get my service requested, or claims that calls had been made out to me. I pay too much fees for poor service. You are better off at Schwab or Fidelity, or any other brokerage! Beware.
