Somehow paid $300 for a new phone and line instead of the$100 I agreed to in the store. I am coming back in today for a refund. This store is outta control. I paid $100 in cash at the store and set up auto pay with my debit card, only to find out that I've been charged an additional $200 on my card later that day!!!

I go to the store and I check the price of the phones but this people starting stealing phone price is $60 and he tried to charge me 150 that not make sense and he tried to steal money he told me like tax something customer service feels like that I said you don’t have any customer service the bad service ever I seen in my life 0 zero customer service

I was over charged for my phone 243 dollars with no case no screen protector I was not even allowed to choose my phone I have kids to provide for I'm very upset my sister just purchased a phone with screen protector case and tablet for 190$ at the same store this location just lost a customer this place is very unprofessional I do not recommend this location

They have very poor customer service they will stop helping you paying your cash money so they can buy stolen phones to resell stuff to you. If you come in here and you not a regular customer they'll charge you double for a phone all the females here just work here I think they look cute and sit up and talk on the phone today men and text I'm ready to switch carriers matter fact start a class action lawsuit

My in-store experience was great I thought I was getting the best customer service from the guy who was helping me. It wasn't until I tried to pay my bill online through the Metro app and I didn't have the answers for the questions like what is your eight digit account code or the answer to the security question that I was never asked did I realized we had a problem. Long story short I just had to spend almost an hour on the phone with a Metro agent resetting account codes and security questions that I should have had the answers to in the first place. Nothing irks me more than fake help but a shout out to the Metro agent who helped me correct all this mess

I visited this 2 separate stores on 2 separate days with the exact same agenda. Both times I was so blatantly ignored and disregarded. I dat patiently as they carried on a entire conversation when I was rdy to pay for my phone. Needless to say, I excused myself and told them I will come back when there fone with there convo . 2nd time this disgraced behavior has taken place. They could care less about YOU as a person or enough to show u the decent amount of respect but they'll take your money dont bother. The details I'll save the time. Oddly enough the reviews are all 1 year ago. Maybe staged?! Or perhaps there was a time they actually gave Af about customer serive.

The woman who helped me by activating my new phone, named Mandy, was incredibly patient, sweet and helpful. Her husband, whose name I didn't get, is so friendly and warm, it's a pleasure to go in there. It seems like he's the owner and main person, but he was busy when I came it. He was also the only MetroPCS store that told me over the phone when I asked what the price they would charge me for a new iPhone. Everyone else was evasive but he gave me the real Out the Door price...So nice to go to a business and feel welcomed and helped!
