Watch out this store will screw you out of your money when i asked for the promotion for 4 phones for 25 bucks a pop an the phone come free was a load a crap because i got charged 478 dollars out the door for that promotional deal witch i noticed is bullshit an they wont give me back my money

Super hit or miss with the support you get here. I've had people here be super helpful but I recently had a fairly clueless employee tell me a new phone was locked and tried to send me to pay to get it unlocked, wasted a ton of my time only for metro support over the phone to tell me it's NOT locked and they were able to activate it over the phone.
It's one thing to not know what you're doing and give bad info but it wasted a ton of my time

Paid for an internet gateway. The ad said free and they still charged me $57. I’ve been a customer of metro for 10 years. I paid got the product and when I got home I used it for 1 day and it stopped working. I take it back to the store and they tell me I have to ship it to metro to get a new one. Why would I do that? So I just asked for a refund. The thing I don’t understand is why they just couldn’t trade it for another one. 2 employees tried to fix the gateway in store and I had already told them I tried everything they’re doing already. They didn’t listen and got the same result. I guess they didn’t believe me. This store gets a well deserved 1 star review.
