I went to the store the two guys are aggressive they kicked me and dont want to provide the service they dont want to provide their names and employee number i called the customer service and i ended fill up a complaint i didn't got help from the store the employee mark said he owns the store and he can do what he want dont go to this store at the end I got new carrier with 20 $ only better and best customer service than metro

MetroPCS on Park Blvd. Impeccable service, knowledge, and assistance. They have come through over and over. I can't say enough for quality service at a fair price. I'd spend more for better. With these wonderful folks, I don't need to. They make it easy and pleasant. Professional and courteous! Stop by to see Pedro and the rest. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

When I purchased a phone from this franchise, I discovered later the vendor initiated a monthly insurance coverage I DID NOT HAVE ON MY PREVIOUS PHONE, NOR HAD ASKED FOR OR EVEN DISCUSSED WHEN MAKING THE PURCHASE OF THE NEW PHONE.

This particular store got me conncted to the network l pay for. Other stores in Oakland Didn,'t even try.If you have trouble with network connection checkAnd make sure it did Not change when it was reset by metro. Apparently mine changed at that time.!
