Ohhhhh my GOD!!! I thought I was in some kind of twilight zone episode. Who hired this girl ? Why has she not been fired?. Manager should be fired too for not doing anything about it and according to the 18 year-old girl that’s working there with long ass nails does obviously not wanna do her job or any job or do anything at all and just looks at you like discussed if you ask you a question or dare to spend any money in that place I just can’t believe it like I’m pretty much pretty low-key and not really tripping on people but this is just crazy man like what a awful service with awful attitude just nasty and look at those reviews. Other people said the same thing and she’s still there. What is she, a family a daughter …..don’t care….just fire her and get her out of there! I mean holy crap like I can’t believe it. You know 52 years old and I’m getting just dogged out by his 18 year old child and it’s because I’m asking simple questions like trying your phone turned on and you know and she doesn’t wanna do it. She doesn’t want to work are put any effort into anything Bad bad bad place just run for your life.

Hispanic employee was really rude..all the time she has same attitude u guys really need to fire that girl.i don't know how u guys gave the job to that girl...she don't have any knowledge,lots of attitude,that girl is horrible

The Metropcs location at 5131 Telegraph Av. Oakland, CA. 94609 is RIDICULOUS. The customer service SUCKS. They do NOT answer the phone, they are not knowledgeable about a few things with phones such as having your information transferred to another phone, processing claims with a claim number and their attitude. Nicki didn't want to give me any information and/or the supervisor /manager name. She didn't know how to process a claim and stated she would call supervisor or manager to assist her and it didn't happened. So she made another call but no answer. This is sad. Metro should/need to hire appropriate people NOT friends and especially if they doesn't speak English. If they were the last Metro opened, I'll pass.

Where to start I went there and this Hispanic girl with nasty attitude didn't even say hello to me there a lot of phone I asked they were in display and told me they do not have one try to hustle me to buy expensive phone any questions I ask her she didn't answer me and her and her friend start talking about me in Hispanic like I do not understand very bad customers service, and the Hispanic girl are very racist and the phone they have are trush.
