Stop by to ask a few questions. The lady was in her phone, talking to me. Wasn’t very nice & didn’t answer my questions, I want be back. I don’t do business where II am not wanted. To many other Metros I can go to. Whom are happy to help me. There’s one on Lake Shore I will visit next.

Went to the store with my galaxy note 5 came back without my galaxy Note 5 Pen someone from the store took off the pin from my phone went back and complaint they said they couldn't look at the camera and they could do nothing for me I have this phone for two years now this pen never fell off ever

the manager there as well as employees try ripping you off! my mom bought the basic flip phone a while back which is NO reason bill should be higher than 25$ rite!NOT they found her an easy target and for there commission set her up on the 50$ rate plan! I WAS SO PISSED WHEN I WENT IN TO PAY, I GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION, AND IF I WEREN'T ON PROBATION NOW GOD KNOWS HOW THAT MANAGER WOULD HAVE HAD THE SURPRISE OF HER LIFE ME GIVING HER A VISIT!!!!!

I just called the metro pcs store on Fruitvale to ask if they carried battery to a phone that i have its a LG 3G i believe.. They said they didn't have it i then told them I've called three stores and no one has it i asked if they could provide me with the right information to get the battery.. The lady who i was talking to had an attitude told me she couldn't tell me anything and pretty much said she didn't no... I was a little irritated bc I'm a customer I'm looking for a product and i believe that if they dont carry it they should be able to tell me how to get it. I even asked if they could tell me the website she said she couldn't tell me that either with an attitude.. I asked her for her name and she would not tell me then i heard the other person who was working in the store with her tell her to just hang up on me.. I had more questions i was gonna ask about buying a new phone since i could not get a new battery however they hung up on so i couldn't even ask and when i called back no one answered the phone i called three times. Now keep in mind i have all this recorder on my phone i think it's very unprofessional.. Howcan i make complaint i dont think they should be working in that store

Avoid this store at all cost!! I recent purchased Bluetooth headphones from this place and it came with the charger missing. They wouldnt do an exchange, they dont offer refunds. (In other words) what ever junk they sell you, your stuck with!!
