I don't know much about the bank and service, however i do know that if you are getting assaulted or robbed in front their security guard will do nothing. the security guard with braids sat there and watched while i got assaulted did nothing and didn't even offer to call the cops, when the cops asked her about the assault she made me the victim look like I "asked for it". they should fire her as she doesn't keep people safe.

it is a smaller quieter bank. staff is more "personable" and it appears that they know you really well. except the following: 1. they ask if we change address even though we receive numerous mail from them. 2. it will take a While to even deposit a check that is less than $160. they will see the check as if it is a fraud.. ==' really - looking up and down to see some sign that the $160 check was a fraud.. really people 3. prepare to spend 90% of your time dealing with address change issue even though the address already changed the previous year 4. prepare to spend at least 15-20 minutes standing in the counter (without any other customer) being asked multiple questions ie: what is your address? when did you move? why dont you tell us that you moved? 5. prepare to deal with 3-4 people even though you originally just want to deposit one check. 6. maybe due to a dormant account, the wait time was so long ==' I only go there once or twice a year. I wish it got better overtime 7. I asked can I do transfer from my other account online? and they said no because I need a form to do that. sigh. I just said I can actually transfer money with just the account number and routing number..I just stop asking question- I felt like I am giving them training everytime I am there. In general I am a pretty decent customer. I dont complain much and i give praise when i see good work. I support small business when possible and I do admire mr. kiang - the founder thats why i bank with them. the bank has much potential. i wish it grows bigger and not just increase my blood pressure and give me headache every time i get there- maybe thats why I try to spend less time here. maybe next year review is better.

This bank workers are super rude. My mum who barely read English or speak English , incidently park at their parking lot when she needed to visit the Asian health center . This bank parking shares with Asian health center parking but with a lot of letter sign. They expect an old woman to understand all of them ? The worse thing was their workers come out to gave my mum bad attitude to scare my mum never misuse their parking lot . Well, if they can nicely inform my mum and show respection , I don't think I am so pissed off. But after my mum got offended , I feel so embarrassed for their attitude and the service they offer . Thumbs down for them

From now on, I'm never banking at big banks anymore! I switched from Chase to Metropolitan Bank and am loving it. The employees are nice and even remember my name. During the first few months, when I was settling in and forgot to make a payment, they called me to remind me so I would not incur a late fee. Now that's customer service! Their rates are also much better than what you can get at other banks. I told my sister and now she's transferring all her accounts here too.
