The manager told me that starting in December they're going to open at 8:00. I've been here at this storage facility for about two years and they've never done that before. I think I'm going to have to move to another storage facility somewhere else because 8:00 is too late. I don't know if you could see if they could fix it by opening at 7:00. 6:00 is fine because that's when we all leave for work. I don't know if you could look into that, please. That's what the manager told me. Thank you.

So quick and easy!! I got a small storage immediately over the phone within 20-30 mins. I was in a jam and needed something on the spot. They’re also incredibly reasonable with prices.

Read the fine print. You will experience a $100 increase after a 4 month intro period. This caused my rent to go from $120 to $220 immediately. Pretty misleading but they have it in size 8 font somewhere.
Having said that, the managers on site are good.

I came here after having a horrific experience with the Extra Space on Market and immediately the vibe was different and I was like thank god, i dont have to deal with another bully manager.
The woman working the office today is wonderful and a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She took care of business and treated me like family. She took me to the facility and took care of business.
Honestly dont have much more to say but thank you.
The facility itself is an outdoors 1 level storage facility. TBH i prefer it because its not a horrible maze of dark hallways. Although not climate controlled so would make sure things that could mold are covered.

Very helpful attendant at the front desk. When I couldn't open the door they realized it had a lock on it and when I was about to go back I was greeted by the same cheerful person who unlocked it and showed how to use the new lock. THAT'S GOOD SERVICE.

Terrible! One of the staff kept speaking over me when trying to ask a question. When I got frustrated and asker her to be quiet, she said “don’t speak to me that way.” Asked for a supervisor $ still have not heard from anyone 5 days later. Avoid at all costs!
