Man. When I walked in I appreciated that they acknowledged me with enthusiasm. The ladies I worked with were very nice. An older woman did my gel manicure while another worked on my regular pedi.
I could see the manicure wasn't going perfectly, the polish went over the cuticles, but I was short on time and hopeful it would get corrected. It did not.
The pedicure clean up work was good and looked good at completion.
3 days later my gel was chipping. 1 week later I was able to peel what was left all the way off.
Nothing fancy was required. Just my natural nails.

I'm thinking they're not clean. You see the open sterilize tools but they have been used already. My toes itchy.
Cleanliness: Tools are being reused. They never come out of the sterilizing machine. I have watched them do it.
Stylist: The guy is a mess. My toes are sore and itchy.

Don’t go here They for simple nails I went to get my nails done today. I called before I came and told them what I wanted. They said it would be $62. I got in and they changed the price to 75. Everything was going OK the lady doing my nails wouldn’t listen to me About her brush being dirty and leaving in the paint on my nails she kept saying OK wouldn’t listen and then when she got done and everything was already set and dry she said oh I’ll put more clear that did not fix the look of my nails being bumpy

$50 for ugly nails that started lifting before service was done I tried to tell her and she told me no it's fine the other girl doing my mother in laws nails nicked her 5 times made her bleed and knicked herself as well they charged her $50 as well disgustingly dirty place nothing was clean not even the files super scary don't know how they are in business

So when I walked in, I had previously called . They then seated my friend that I was with and began doing her pedicure. Now they seated me as well but I sat in the chair longer than 45 minutes before they even started on me. The lady who did it just wasn't accommodating at all! I asked several times could she take it off and start over she CONTINUOUSLY IGNORED me ! Then I was going to pay $40 plus for the deluxe pedicure but the job was so sloppy & messy I just told her to quit and got up. I didn't get hot wax or any of the extras because I was over it. When I stated I wasn't paying 70$ they locked me and my friend in. Money was never the issue it was the QUALITY & customer service!!! So the owner thought charging my card 57$ was a deal. This is the WORSE pedicure i have ever had in my 22 years of life. Do not go here !

The salon is clean and is pleasing to the eye. The staff members take the time to understand your preferences and tailor the service accordingly. Fantastic job and good service. Finally found a place to get my nails done again. I recommend Divine Nails 100% I got a fancier set than normal and the prices are always reasonable.

By far the best nails I've ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Divine Nails I got a fancier set than normal and the prices are always reasonable. The salon has a relaxing music playlist that enhances the overall ambiance and creates a soothing atmosphere. The service is affordable and fast and I love the selection of colors. They always have the best service and are really nice!

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside!!! Not only that but they are very professional and good at what they do. It has taken me a while to find a nail place I love since moving to Oakland and they have been exactly what I was looking for! I get a fill and design and every time I go there I am very pleased!! Definitely recommend this nail salon!

I love going to Divine Nails whenever I want to treat myself or need a manicure for a special event. My new favorite place to get a manicure. They really do take their time and make sure you’re comfortable every part of your experience. They may take a while and it gets busy but I think they are worth it! I just make sure I book right when they open :) The salon offers convenient appointment scheduling options, allowing customers to book their preferred time slot easily.

If you want a Really Good set of nails that wont pop off or chip easily. pPus SUPER CUTE DESIGNS. Come here to Divine Nails I got gel manicure and gel manicure services here. I showed my tech a picture of what I wanted and they did a great job. Very happy I chose this place. The service is great, I am always happy with my nails My favorite time to myself.

Divine Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon. My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once Customer service was amazing and the friendliness. Customer service and nail techs are great! The salon's dedication to providing a relaxing experience is evident in their choice of scented candles and essential oils.
