Pacific Kitchen Life has a wide variety of range hoods that are high performance, which is what I need because I do a lot of Chinese cooking. The staff (Zoe is the sales staff I worked with) is friendly, professional, and explained things very well. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new range hood or other kitchen accessories!

I’ve been hearing good things about Pacific range hoods from friends and decided to purchase the model with steam cleaning feature. I appreciate Zoe’s attention to detail that she made sure the model I chose fits my existing kitchen setup and she also followed up after the installation.The installation was done quickly and professionally. They also took the time to walk us through the new range hood’s features!Overall, I’m pretty happy that I went with pacific kitchen and will recommend their product and service to anyone who’s considering it!

Wonderful products, wonderful service! We got the SC8836BS range hood. The ventilation is strong; very easy to operate; minimalist design and good looking.I ordered it on a phone call. It took me only 15 minutes to consult, order, receive the quote per email, pay and make the installation appointment all together. Super efficient staff!The installation took less than an hour, including removal of the old hood, installing the new hood and a back splash and a short introduction of the product. Very professional and efficient team!

During my recent visit, the young man salesman was extremely friendly and efficient. I bought our kitchen vent, many woks, and other kitchen essentials from them since 2010. The quality of their products is impeccable, even after this many years they work like they’re brand new. Best shopping exprience Ever. I was looking for a range hood and Zoe is a very knowleable sales person and patient to explain the difference between their products over the phone and found me the best range hood. It came with free installation as well, the guy who installed it was nice and professional too. One of the screws wasn't coming out from my old range hood and thanks for the guy was able to pull it out with extra effort that he spent and not damage my cabinet. A+++++++shopping experience. Recommend to everyone. Thanks for the two free gifts too!

My rice cooker was having some issues so I went into Pacific Kitchen Life hoping to get it fixed, as my sister told me this is where she bought it from. The staff was cordial and extremely helpful with trying to resolve the errors with the rice cooker. Unfortunately it couldn’t be saved but they were able to quickly help me find a new one to bring home that day. A thank you to Zoe especially, for being kind and assisting me with my needs so efficiently.

Having good products and customer service always make you to come back to buy. Pacific Kitchen Life store is the one we came back here to buy a Range Hood. My mom brought one (TRUSTEAM SC88, 30")in 2015, she strongly recommend me to buy one. It's auto steam cleaning, just adding water into it. Also it has powerful suction, therefore, no worry about for deep frying food that makes the house like "smoky" or "foggy" . The customer service staff - Zoe, she is very kind and patient. Before we went to the store, I texted her, she answered all the questions.When we were in the store, she helped us to place an order quickly and make the schedule for free installation. I would like to recommend this store to my friends and co-workers.

I will give 5 stars for Pacific Kitchen Life Oakland store. The customer service staff Zoe is patient and thoughtful. She considered the installation and size for your kitchen when you want to place the order. The installation team provided the professional service and helped me to fix the issue of exhaust air duct. I will recommend both Zoe and the team to who consider to buy an smoke exhaust fan.
