Solid leasing company. Lindy is very nice and responsive. The only complaint I have is that the apartment was fairly dirty when I moved in.

The only property manager you need is Ann and her team. Quick and responsive group of people. They look out for your best interest. They manage our hoa near Oakland Chinatown/lake Merrit area. We had a broken garage gate and PSM was on it right away. No one better in my opinion. Thanks PSM team.

This company owed us a refund and never issued it. Very poor customer service and unprofessional
