Their business model is Customer First. Emoyees are knowledgeable. Easy returns/exchanges - though I never have returned anything because their staff always points me in the right direction.

Edit: This used to be my favorite pet shop, but it seems to have declined over the past year or so, especially the bathtubs. They switched to concentrated soap (without putting up any warnings) which inflamed my dog’s skin, plus the bathtubs are always full of fur like no one cleans them between customers and the “clean” towels have brown spots

I credit this location with helping my reactive dog feel more comfortable with strangers in general. They're beyond sweet, learning his name, greeting him with smiles and treats every time we come in. Because of them, he isn't fearful of every random person that approaches and the self-serve bath here is a complete back-saver. I love this place and can't thank them enough for how kind they've been to my pup!

Staff was attentive and helpful! I come here to get a variety of high quality wet food for my cats. A few months back, I found a stray in my neighborhood and came here to get bathing supplies. The entire team gave me a rundown of what I needed to do to get the kitten clean and ready for its new home.

Always friendly staff here, good parking in the lot or down the street.I come here to wash the dog and get him a treat but it's now 18$ a token
