awesome space with a lovely selection, the proprietor helped me out replacing a lost nose pad on some glasses and didn’t even charge me! the friendly dogs are a nice bonus

I had such a great experience at this optical! I came in with two pairs of glasses that my dog had unfortunately chewed up, and they were so helpful in fixing the damage. The salesperson who helped me was incredibly nice and friendly... She made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful. On top of that, I totally fell in love with her dog! 🐶 The whole vibe of the place was warm and welcoming, and they have such a beautiful and unique selection of glasses. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next pair.

SO helpful! I came in needing ear pieces for my glasses and they were so helpful and kind in troubleshooting a solution for me. I walked away with glasses I can wear again. Would come back for all my eyeglass needs. Adorable, sweet pup Duke in the shop too :).

Stopped by Phoenix Optical to see if I could get some sunglasses repaired that I had accidentally broken on a recent trip. The woman was incredibly helpful and repaired my glasses within 10 minutes. Highly recommend! The store also has an wonderful selection of amazing glasses.

I love this place. I have vintage rimless cat eye frames and they were able to get lenses and even found replacement arms for me. Plus they have now fixed my frames twice (lost unusually sized screw) with just a walk-in. You can’t beat their selection of frames and the great service. Yes, I love the dog too.

Tina’s awesome! My glasses broke on a Sunday afternoon when most shops are closed. Not only did she fix them, she changed out the temples out & made them look better than the original! 15/10 for me 👌 (Her dog is super chill too)

Popped into Phoenix Optical and felt like the universe had guided me in there! Tina was so kind, helpful, and efficient—fixed my glasses up in no time. Added bonus was her sweet, sweet pup and another lovely customer we had a chat with. Excited for the next time I need new glasses bc their selection is so varied and fun!

My glasses were broken and they were so kind to fix them even though it was my first time here. I will definitely come back! Super professional and nice. (Bonus because while I was waiting their dog kept me company and we loved each other!)
