Four stars for being gracious. Minus one star for the name Postal Plus because they do not take postal packages. Color me surprised. I will think of them as Minus Postal.

The rudest man behind the counter. I called in advance, asked if I could drop a package and when I arrived was told I had to go to post office. What a waste of time. Do you self a favor a go somewhere else.

Friendly does not adequately describe interaction with staff. Shipping options advice is always great and notary services are fairly priced. Preferred "go-to" local shipper and express mail shop!

Had no idea how much they charge for printing/ scaning; went in to get a document printed and then scanned and without even mentioning how much it would cost, I was told it was $180.00! WTH. I could buy a printer and scanner for that much. Do not go here for printing.

Would like to update my review because the same day I was ripped off by false advertising on the cost of printing. I dropped off a package that was never received by the recipient. I do not think this is a coincidence. Do not use these conniving people who put on this innocent facade!

Avoid if you can. I received a slip on my door from UPS saying I need to pick up a package here. My husband came in at 9am and they told him to come back after 11. I brought the slip in at 12:30 and the man asked what name the package was under. I said it was either for me or my husband but the name wasn't on the slip. He insisted I give him one name, gestured to the pile of packages and said "How do you expect me to find it in all this?" (Almost as if he is not the one who could be organizing those packages so they are easy to find...) I gave him both names anyway, he looked for one minute and said he had no way of finding it because I didn't give him enough information. I tried to explain that I was just bringing the slip to the location that was supposed to have my package. He said I needed to call UPS and figure it out. Completely unhelpful and kind of hostile.

Owners/employees (multiple) don't wear masks inside this store. Took my business elsewhere because it didn't feel safe to be indoors with them.

How do you know that a business is beginning to go downhill? It starts with a change in management. Then the once awesome service begins to crumble, starting with lost packages, staff accusing customers of mistrust, and a short-fused manager that can't keep his cool. It happens bit by bit, getting worse and worse with each day. And then the small business becomes smaller and smaller until one day the new management becomes new ownership, and we all watch to see if that great little store reemerges. Long live Postal Plus.
