This company is extraordinary. I used them to run a courtesy copy of a court filing in color (so that the electronic highlighting came through) and hand-deliver it to the Alameda County Superior Court and they handled it within three hours. And their price was very reasonable. They are now on the top of my short list for best copy services in Northern California.

If you need something printed, this is the place to go. Parking is a little difficult but trust me, it's more than worth it. They are not just masters of their craft when it comes to printing, copying, and scanning, they genuinely care about making sure their customers get exactly what they want.The owner spent quite a while personally working with me on a particularly emotional and important personal project to ensure it was absolutely perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough, I can't imagine going anywhere else for my printing needs after what a spectacular experience I had here.If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Pro copy did a great job printing my presentations and dry mounting them late in the afternoon for delivery the next morning. They kept me informed on the progress, texted me photos of the products for approval and we're very professional.

I don’t think 5 stars is enough to express my happiness with this printing company. I called in a panic needing a very important bid turned in after an overnight UPS experience failed. Within 20 minutes they not only printed out our bid but ran it out to turn in. I am blown away with the amazing service.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!! I highly recommend this company. Sam's customer service was over and beyond my expectations. As a business owner myself, I was extremely pleased. I had an emergency print job and called at 7am (they don't open until 9am. He answered very professional and whenI said I'd call back at 9, he still answered my questions and told me what to do. I sent my artwork in and he responded quickly. At 9am we went through my quick emergency print job, he texted me a proof, I approved and paid and it was ready super FAST!!!!! I will make sure to refer and use them any chance I get. Thank you again Sam for your professionalism and fast turn around!!!
