In my 20+ years living in this area this has always been one of the best priced places next to a freeway to get gas. They keep the place clean, but it’s a lot of effort as it’s a busy part of Oakland. Can easily enter freeway going any direction from here

Never felt so racially profiled to use my own money. Just needed a quick 10 bucks so I can get to Costco gas, but the man asked for ID. I wouldn't of cared, but the Asian lady working there looked as if I was a criminal. Mind you, a white lady night next to me used a credit card. No question. No hassle. It's 2024 man. This beyond sad.Look, it's nobody fault y'all are unhappy, but to make customers feel bad because y'all are miserable is a personal issue. There's hundreds of better places to patronize. Do yourself a favor and spend YOUR money with another gas station.

Just got gas here and the lady that works here is just super rude total bad attitude. She shouldn't work with the public if she cant at least pretend to act cordial!! Some folks just arent public type of people.

Always the best gas prices around, when the inside is open they have a decent supply of convenience store items, ice, milk, etc. Its always very clean and well organized inside. The family that owns and works here is always friendly. I read all of these negative reviews and I have to just say that this little family owned gas station has been through a lot of drama over the years so they have changed their policies (not open 24 hours, not allowing public bathrooms). I live a block away and I've heard about their late night issues - owner getting shot a couple of times, robberies, tons of drama, broken windows, etc. so I continue to support this family although occasionally a pump doesn't work, or sometimes the air doesn't work. To give a one star review because they aren't open 24 hours or they don't allow the public to use their bathroom seems a bit short sighted.

None of the pumps ever work and the cashiers won’t let you pay inside. They just tell you to try another pump. Go to 76 instead.

Woman behind the glass kept flipping me with her middle finger as I was trying to order gas. She started dancing flipping me off. With gas prices so high you'd think they would be glad for the business. Instead, she told me to go somewhere else. I'm sure her employers will be unhappy. Especially given that the previous was shot and killed in the parking lot over $10. Good luck with your business model.

Screw this place. "Bathrooms closed due to Covid" after 3 years? No, that's an excuse for not wanting to clean a bathroom regularly. Covid is not spread via single-person bathrooms unless you're in there with them breathing in their droplets.
